Extremely kind and compassionate staff. My family stopped on the way to visit family 15 hours from home, and my toddler vomited in their lobby, because of being carsick. The staff was very helpful and did not make me feel bad. My food was great as well. I visited on 12/26 around 7:30 or so. Everyone there at that time was amazing

Very clean One of the nicer subways that I’ve been in the staff was extremely helpful and kind I got my food fast at an affordable price and I am extremely satisfied. If I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be stopping back at the specific subway!

I went to subway at 7pm on 10/14/2024. I want to point out that I don’t post reviews but I am very upset at the service I received. I came in the lobby with my son and cousin I ordered a turkey salad and two pepperoni roll ups. The gal grabbed the plastic bowl and said lettuce? I said yes? (As I ordered a salad) and the guy asked what dressings for the roll ups and I said can I have the nacho cheese warmed up please? He said uhh yea… the girl then added well are you going to eat here? I said yes. She said, “okay I was going to say if not there was no point on warming the nacho cheese.” The guy asked what vegetables I said tomatoes. He then grabbed a knife and started to cut my tomatoes on the board..I asked if they do not do the bowl anymore to chop everything together? I received a confused and disappointed/ disgusted look from both the male and female worker and was informed I needed to specifically ask for that. Then my cousin ordered a wrap and they just let half of the cheese fall on the floor and didn’t even pay any attention.

Did mobile order and everything in my order was wrong. Wrong bread type, barely any meat or cheese, and missing items I ordered on my sub such as lettuce and sauce. Other things were added to my sub. I do not feel they read the order all the way through or was rushing. Was not busy when I picked up less than 10 minutes after ordering.

I’m not able to leave when I am at work. So I order delivery from the subway app.. The last few times I have been really disappointed. I asked for MORE black olives, pickles and Banana peppers. I also asked for extra mayo. I can literally count my 3 black olives for my whole footlong sandwich. There is barely any mayo on it.. I asked for extra cheese which I did not get. Everything I order at this location there is always a problem with what I ordered.. Definitely won’t be going to this one anymore. The subway in Walmart will now be my go to place.

The guy making my sandwich said it was easily the worst sandwich he had ever made. Then, he proceeded to toss the topping with his gloved hands. Couldn’t figure out how to cut the sandwich. The sandwich looked terrible, so sloppy I had to eat it there. He also had no idea how to make breakfast sandwich.

I give Pauline 5 stars. She is so friendly it makes it much easier. The only thing I give 1 star on is the employee who was wearing really baggie pants I’m sorry but I don’t need to see what is there. He was mopping the floor n no wet floor signs as people walk in n out. Other wise it is a awesome place.

We ordered lunch through doordash, I ordered a turkey wrap and received a tuna wrap. When I called to talk to someone, they weren’t even willing to fix the issue. I got the we only have 3 employees today excuse and nothing was resolved due to her not wanting to fix the issue
