My boyfriend and I had ordered a 12″ Spicy Italian with added cheese and bacon thru the drive thru and it was no where near a 12″. Y’all look at this picture and tell me two people can split that. I definitely wouldn’t pay $11.34 for that. I tried calling them no answer just answers the phone and hangs up. Ya I went around 10:30 pm but they don’t close until 11pm. Very disappointed on what I have received. Never been so disappointed in a food place before. Better luck going to the Subway located in the Walmart

My fiance and I go there quite often in the last 3 years being together. I can admit there are only 3 times that we had the worker be rude to us and only once did I speak up do to something that was said to my fiance. Yesterday 8-31-22 I could’ve said something to the same worker that started it the last time but I’ll put it on here. So my fiance and I are locals plus I just proposed to her 2weeks ago so she saw a older couple that she was showing her ring off to an the older lady asked if I was ordering or if she was I told her my fiance is she yell at her asking what would you like I so wanted to tell her what does it matter if it’s that big of a deal I’ll order why not let her show off her ring and have her moment.

Ordered for pickup at 6:30. Arrived shortly before and got a notification that our order was ready and would be out shortly. 20 minutes later we found out they hadn’t even started the order yet. Extremely frustrating to be told our order is ready, then we find out it wasn’t even started. I enjoy Subway, but I will not recommend this Subway anytime soon.

Subs are good…….when and if they get the ticket right. Often times it is slathered in sauce (even when less is marked), missing ingredients, or completely missed the chips and soda. Last two times I have not received a correct ticket.

I give Pauline 5 stars. She is so friendly it makes it much easier. The only thing I give 1 star on is the employee who was wearing really baggie pants I’m sorry but I don’t need to see what is there. He was mopping the floor n no wet floor signs as people walk in n out. Other wise it is a awesome place.

I’ve received numerous coupons for Subway and seen numerous adds talking about the deals at Subway. This Subway doesn’t honor any of them. So all the commercials you see is false advertising. And I really wish they would stop sending me the coupons since I can’t use any of them. On top of that… as I’m pulling through the drive through I get to the window and they tell me they’re just starting my order and to please pull around and come inside to get my order. After they already sent a message saying my order was ready to be picked up!!!! Super frustrating
