Was greeted when I walked in the door. Very friendly service. Food was on point for a Subway and the restaurant was clean. I hit a lot of sandwich joints while I’m traveling for work and every small town has a Subway!
As a chain, I’m not a fan of their rewards program to the point that I don’t even participate anymore. I like the Pancharos or Slim Chickens style rewards program. Let me scan my own receipt for points, make rewards cut and dry (dollars off or free sandwich after so many points), and don’t let rewards expire. Their rewards program made more sense when they were using cards and stamps, I think the current problem is garbage.

Called them on June 8 at 8:30 asked if they had power because wallce was having an outage and they said yes. Got there at 9, 30 minutes before closing and they said they we’re closing at 9 even though we called ahead and they knew we were coming and gave us some free cookies instead of making is food

They put half of my vegetables on the sandwich. There was lettuce on one half and nothing on the other. This was the same theme with everything on my sandwich. I was too nice to say anything. Also they don’t wear masks here.

It is not a good feeling when you walk into a place to spend money and feel like you are not wanted. If you are mad that you are working don’t take it out on your customers. First and last time to this subway.
