Picked up 2 foot long subs. The bread was so dry and stale on both that it crumbled when you attempted to bite it. Like crouton sandwiches. No marinara whatsoever on the meatball sub. Worst sandwiches ever. Threw them in the trash. The 2nd terrible experience at this location. Don’t waste your time or money here. Would’ve complained to staff directly, but considering the reviews, it doesn’t appear they have the desire, capacity, or maturity to do better.

Brought my daughter in to order a cold sub white bread , younger of two women glared at us was finishing a sub for a man before us , and was not nice and mad asked for ranch and lettuce my daughter sending how mean the ladies were shut down so I had to ask her she answered quietly and lady got more mean , I was scared ask for another sub so we paid for my daughters only , lady only was nice realized she didn’t have to make another one and could keep talking to coworker .
No customer service and they seem mad about doing their job .. sad third time I’ve tried this subway and everytime they are mean .

Walked in the store all the way to the till before I was even greeted with the store having 3 employees talking amongst themselves and no customers in the store. Purchased one subway sandwich. The bread was so dry it crumbled as I was trying to cut into smaller pieces and as I was trying to eat it. Returned to the store to tell them about the stale crumbly bread and all they said was we bake out bread daily told them this was not fresh bread. I was not looking for a refund just wanted to let them know how bad the sandwich was so they could prevent from selling to another customer.

We live right in this neighborhood, and I grew up loving Subway. We’ve stopped going to this one, though, because last week one of the (rather incompetent) workers literally had a gun in his pocket. I wish I were exaggerating. The sandwiches we got were ultimately fine if you don’t count being out of several ingredients, but I am just not interested in taking my life in my hands with the jokesters behind the counter.

Stopped in at 2 pm to order my son a turkey sub. Simple, right? Firstly, no greeting, just some kid looking annoyed he had to take his earbud out. He starts yelling into the back area for another employee to help me. Yikes. Rude dudes! Here’s the best part…no freaking bread! Seems to be a common theme among these comments. Sad. I left without purchasing anything. Do better!

so my family and I go in there for dinner because the kids wanted Subway and one gentleman‘s working two are in the back horse plane we can hear them BS throwing stuff at each other laughing giggling with six people in line get to order all they have is wheat bread because the manager general manager told them they needed to make some if not, they’re gonna run out and if they run out that’s fine. Just tell the guest that Customers weren’t happy. We weren’t happy. This is why Subway is a dying business, especially in small markets like Sioux Falls as a general manager of a business Myself, the general manager that establishment and or the manager should’ve stayed and helped this morning to prepare more bread and get the team ready set up for success for the evening shift Will never ever go back to Subway again

Shout-out to Subway on Sycamore for serving me spoiling ham. Sucks because they are right next to my work, but they won’t be getting my $8 anymore for a simple ham sandwich. Never had an issue until this despicable ham revealed itself on my sandwich. Do better subway.

I had a truly terrible experience with the staff. It was clear they had no manners or respect for customers. Simply because there was a language barrier and I didn’t understand them, they proceeded to loudly and contemptuously laugh at me. Their behavior was outrageous, and their customer service was deplorable. I definitely won’t be back.

Ordered “The Monster” sub for delivery from the Sycamore location. Bread was not toasted as requested and there was no bacon on the sub. The food was delicious but not it was not made to order. Picture included for reference.
