Ordered through the app and picked up. When I got home we learned the order was made completely wrong. One sandwich was supposed to be an Italian BMT. We got bread (wrong bread) and a couple slices of turkey with none of the toppings we requested. I opened our other sandwich and it was wrapped open faced with all the toppings out of it, and it is missing multiple things we requested.

Placed an order through the drive thru on the self serve touch screen. Got to the window and the girl was ringing up our order. What was the point of us doing it? She overcharged us by ringing up the cookies and drinks separately from the kids meals. The kids meal toys and bags are from Boss Baby. It’s March 16, 2018. That movie came out a full year ago. She messed up all three kinds of cookies. One of the kids meals was a three cheese sandwich. There were two slices of one kind of cheese in it. Fed up, I called the store. I was told there was no manager on duty. Extremely frustrating experience. We will not be going back.

This subway has gone downhill with the new employees. i asked for italian herb and cheese and they gave me white bread without saying anything. service is slower and you don’t even get want you want. how do you run out of product when you live that close to walmart. if you’re out you know you’re allowed to buy what you need from walmart until truck comes right. they were out of lettuce and other product a handful of times i went.

Order our food through the drove through. Lady just seemed annoyed being there and wanting to give us our food. Got home and the sandwich wasn’t even together (toppings just laying in the wrapper not on the sandwich)and the bread was only cut a quarter of the way. The sandwich was also missing toppings all together.

Good luck getting what you order if you’re using the app. We live in an apartment very close by, so order online and pick it up on the way home once a week (because it’s convenient), but after roughly a dozen orders being so completely wrong, I think we may drive the extra 10 minutes it will take to go to a different one. This week when I ran in, a very nice young lady gave me my food, but I’ve literally had my bag thrown at me before by a teen with air pods in both her ears while she sneered at me for having the audacity to disturb her and her friend while they were at work. My bad, I guess…. We’ve also ended up in the drive up for 20+ minutes in the past. Kind of takes away the convenience…. Tonight, the breakfast sandwich, that we ordered on Italian bread ended up being on flat bread, and extra onions ended up being no onions whatsoever. Then with my Cold Cut Combo, I said no olives, no spinach, and no jalapeños and ended up with all three. Not the end of the world, but this happens consistently. And we never get exactly what we ordered….

Great service from female and male with a Beard (covered up with facial mask)!!! They where prompt, polite, happy, and the best tasting sub I’ve had yet!!!!! bread was extremely good tasting in value! Hope to see them again Next time!!
