Used to ALWAYS have a good experience here until the family that worked there left due to some new ownership and not wanting to work for someone who makes their work lives poor. The new ladies running the place do their job fine, but the first time I went back and got a sub, the ladies seemed very clear that they didn’t want to be there, also the bread was not cooked all of the way.

530 pm ordered a #20 elite no one in the drive thru no one in the store. I do not understand why the quality of the sandwich and customer service were lacking so much! He just handed us the food and closed the window. We sat and checked the order. Told my husband imma give it a shot took 1 bite and its nothing but sauces (which reg was requested thru the onscreen menu) like they put enough for 2 footlongs on a 6 in. Ive had better experiences at the Minnesota ave and louis walmart subways…

I was there to get cpuple of subways and to be honest, out of all the subway places I’ve been to, this guy’s were the best, no attitude, friendly, and they actually made my subways (order two) with a decent size filling, instead of like just throwing couple shreds of lettuce two/three slices of jalapeños. Awful. Just waited over 30 minutes for our food in the drive through, after 20 mins the car in front of us finally got their food, the employee came up to the window and said “is —— your order” we said yes, and he disappeared again. We left after waiting another 15 minutes. HORRIBLE service. Quite disappointed.

Deleted 2 stars because my footlong meatball was missing 2 meatballs. I ate the 1 meatball part of ½ of the sub before I realized 2 meatballs were missing, but you can see there is no sauce on part of the end of that roll. Otherwise, sandwiches are normally good & taste fresh. Sometimes the ends of the rolls are hard, but I can deal with that.
