Sandwich tasted great and was made to the highest of sandwich making levels. Corbin has been my favorite employee at any chain restaurant ever.

We stopped a bit later in the evening, was dead when we arrived but soon got busy. There were only 2 high-school boys. They did an awesome job handling the rush. Not to mention, the subs were fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

We have had multiple issues with one of the employees that works at the Hartford, SD location. She is usually very sharp and quite rude. We have come in one minute after breakfast is done and has refused to be a little flexible when we asked if we could have breakfast. She also told us that she will not do wraps because “she doesn’t know how to wrap them”. There was one other time we stopped two minutes after closing time and were refused any service. Stating they were closed even thought the open sign was on and the door was unlocked. This place has some of the worst employees I have ever seen at any Subway which is really too bad.

The worst service, the bread I couldn’t even chew, it was so tough, the employee that helped me couldn’t wait to go to the back, they had no wraps left. Wanted a salad, employee pulled up this little bowl, that is half the size they use to be. I decided on a sub, never will I recommend going there. It use to be great! Not worth my $11.

Very unhappy…not with Subway but with other customers. Most did not wear masks and actually crowded right up next to me when I was waiting to place my order. A young girl did not have her mask on although she had one and three time coughed…almost like bronchitis. I wish we had left! We are seniors and at this point Subway…not the store, but it’s customers are too rude for us. Oh, a family left and the table was not wiped down. Soon another family did proceed to sit there.
Subway in Hartford.

I’ve never felt more guilty of ordering a sub an hour before they close. They close at 10pm but go in at 9pm from work, they have everything halfway cleaned up. I pulled up and seen a girl with a glaring stare through the window shaking her head no. Walk in and treated like I am an inconvenience. No smile no eye contact, sub put together quickly/sloppily. This is more than several times, we even make jokes at work about it. It’s not just me. I should give it one star but I’m hungry from a hard day’s work and I still get a sub. Don’t go here at or after 9pm, when they close at 10pm you don’t want to ruin somebody’s day do ya? Actually they have a mature lady working recently and haven’t had that treatment. Still makes me uncomfortable to try to get something to eat there, several other co-workers feel the same. Hartford, Sd.

Although this Subway essentially has the same sandwiches as any other Subway, the gal building the sandwiches had the very worst attitude. She was SO rude! I do not appreciate being treated like I am inconvenient and given an attitude because you had to take a break from gossiping with your coworker and your friend hanging on the counter and to actually do the job you were hired to do.
I was polite and friendly to you as I would expect to be treated. Do your job, do it with a smile, or work somewhere else where people don’t have to deal with your snotty, condescending attitude!

Stopped in here hoping to get the new sandwich they are advertising all over the TV commercials right now, and they didn’t have it. The employees were pretty unenthusiastic, but they got the job done. Maybe it’s just a quieter place than I’m used to, but it seemed like a “bare minimum” attitude. Sandwich was good though!
