The guy who checked me out forgot the chips and let me have them for free, I tipped him and I really enjoyed how clean the place was and how quickly he made the food. I appreciate the workers here and I think they do wonderfully. Thanks random subway guy I hope you have a good forth of July 🙂

I’ve traveled the country.. and this is the worst subway experience ever. Customer service was empty.. similar to the establishment.. ordered a salad.. they made a no bread bowl.. which isn’t a full salad at all.. asked if they ran out of the salad bowls.. and the guy DIDNT EVEN RESPOND.. Just kept making the salad.. which had nothing but bell pepper and turkey.. spinach was close to non existent.. very little portions of anything else included on the order.. just WOW.. The two young people working kept talking about some girl.. and thats all they cared about.. was just an insane experience. This isn’t at all a subway issue.. but for this location.. it sure as HELL is!

I have been to a few subway in my day. Compared to subways in many other states or area’s, I like this one in particular. The guests are interesting and lively. Everyone has an opinion, but if you want to know the local scoop in Brandon, this is the place to over hear it all. Of course there subs are great, the workers really know how to keep long lines moving quickly, which is amazing and make great subs all at same time without sacrificing customer care or quality. If you don’t understand or appreciate this, you should, Very important. Overall any time I go to Subway, my first instinct is to drive 30 miles to this subway, even though I have a subway 1 mile from me, It’s worth the drive.

Ordered 2 sub sandwiches and 1 salad online for pickup and paid online. When my husband got there, they told him it was unpaid so he paid and they gave him someone else’s stuff (he didn’t know). He returned and explained what happened so they remade the order, refunded him for paying for someone else’s order, then they forgot to put lettuce in the salad and only put some spinach and chicken. And as he checked again, they messed up on the 2nd sandwich again completely (wrong size, wrong sandwich.) I called and talked to a female worker who was extremely nice and apologetic and she explained her manager would call to make it right. Never heard anything else and when we tried to call back we were told they would call us. It’s been a few weeks, not too hopeful. But I would not ever recommend the online order at this store.

Food is incredibly subpar nothing but highschoolers working here who evidently don’t have the knowledge to make a decent sandwich. They go crazy with lettuce and light on everything else. Don’t waste your time just drive to Sioux Falls.

Store doesn’t know how to properly make the food the way the customer orders it online every time I order food they don’t make the sandwich right. Hiring kids to work there not a good idea I have had the wrong order for the last 5 times I have order food from them online.

Never been disappointed at this subway. Friendly staff. The restaurant is usually clean. I can’t forget the cookies those are delicious. Love the new menu option.

The wrong meat was put on my sandwich, instead of giving me a new sandwich, he just took his hand and scooped off the meat and put the correct meat on. I also got cookies, there was one left and same kid said “I’ll just eat that one and proceeded to start eating in front of us while we were standing in line. He also took a drink and started drinking behind the counter. Another young man had such long hair it covered his eyes. It looked like he combed it all forward and put his hat on. There were 5 of us eating.
