Just stopped to pickup my online order and both subs we ordered with chicken not toasted were cold chicken and cold bacon had never been warmed up. I have ordered this sandwich countless times and they have always warmed up my meat! The food got thrown because we were on our way to an event and could not be late. Absolutely awful service and actually commented to my husband I felt sorry for the customers in line because it appeared they had no idea what they were doing

Closed lobby at 9. Online says open till 10. Nothing about how it’s only drive 9-10.
They claimed they didn’t have veggies “prepped” when it’s not that hard to chop up some lettuce.
All of our subs were supposed to be toasted all of them not. The total felt like it was more than what I saw at the window and i didn’t get a receipt showing they subtracted the lettuce from my total.

Anyone ever see it I’m sick with strept throat
So I ordered some subs they said they’d be here in 15 minutes
30 minutes later no good. I called them to see what was going on 10 times in a row called no answer I drove there went in and asked why they didn’t answer Their phone the guy said ” were busy” I looked around and there only 2 people in there this girl came out and I said do you even deliver and she said no them I stupid well you should fix the website that states that they do she said well that’s not in is that’s the management I said you should tell the management so I’m telling the management you really should not have that you deliver of you don’t.
I hope those rode people at the counter gets strept throat

Door wouldn’t open to get my online order so I went through the drive through. I tried to tell the girl but she said it worked was just sticky. I tried to tell her it absolutely would not open but she very rudely slammed the window in my face. This was during dinner time and the parking lot was empty. They just didn’t want to have to deal with the lobby. Won’t be going there again.

My mom and i came in because we had a coupon, buy one six inch sub get one equal or lesser value free + a free 20 oz drink. it says it right in the coupon. as soon as we come up to the counter (no one else is in line) the lady working immediately told us it was going to be a minute because they had just opened up at 9 (it was 11?) she was by herself though so were patient. she asked what i wanted i told her i was going to do a number 3 without the veggies and she immediately says “im going to have to charge you for a steak and bacon since you don’t want the veggies” okay? every other subway i go to i order it that way cause its cheaper that way but again, whatever no big deal. my mom says she wants the same thing, and she turns around and goes “what bread?” and my mom tells her the same thing, and she turns around again with attitude this time and says “maam i have to ask for clarification” lol okay… an alarm goes off in the back she takes a very big annoyed sign and storms back there. at this point my mom and i are just kind of like okay… we get it you’re having a bad day. she comes back and asks about our veggies etc we get the subs and my mom goes to pay, and she says the total is $17.08 with the coupon. my mom pays but looks confused and looks at the receipt after getting our food and sitting down and she gave us just the drink for free lol. my mom asks her about it and the lady is clearly very annoyed at this point telling her “well when i rang up the coupon that’s what the machine says is free” anyway, the food was fine, the drink machine was either out of syrup or set to have barely any in the pop, and the customer service was awful. won’t be coming back. and crookston subway you owe my mom $8 lol

Update your menus on your website appropriately. It’s the principle of the matter, you don’t have it? Don’t keep it on the online website menu. Try the FIFO method with your online presence as well.
