Went there this afternoon. A lot of the vegetables looked terrible. For the price of a six inch sandwich, I would expect that the vegetables would not look rotten. The girl also kept getting my order wrong. I was able to correct her every time before my sandwich was completely ruined.

I am moving out of my house this weekend, and with moving comes eating out for meals. My boyfriend and I decided to get Subway, so that we could have leftovers. We arrived at 9am, as it was posted online that they were open at that time on Sundays. Upon arrival, the door was locked, and there were workers inside. The sign on the door also clearly stated they were to be open at 9, with no other signs or information stating otherwise. We knocked on the door figuring it was just a mistake and they forgot to unlock the door. The employees inside completely ignored us and hid in the back of the restaurant. We decided to leave and come back at 11am thinking they’d surely be open by then. Upon arrival for the second time, the door was again locked, employees inside completely ignoring the fact that customers are waiting outside. Employees watched us knock on doors and windows, and refused to even look in our direction. In total we waited over 2 hours, while employees inside refused to open the restaurant. Some the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen from an establishment and the franchisee should be ashamed.

Honestly, super disappointed this time. It seems like they’ve struggled to keep the doors open in the past. Try to give them business to keep the doors open.
But, placed an order in the app, asked for toasted please. The usual. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Gal was awful. Zero customer service and it wasn’t even toasted. Wrap was a mess. Usually, place order in app. Walk in, greeted with hello, welcome to Subway, something like that. Today, nothing. No words were spoken. Just my order literally slammed angrily on the pick up rack with me next to it after waiting awhile for it. Zero words again. Super strange. Grabbed it and left in confusion. Thank you? Sorry to bother you? Not sure which would have been more appropriate. Bummer. Also, if they can stay open, wish they’d put in a drive through window. And, holy moly, that was like 20 bucks Yikes.

Tried again. Didn’t pick up this order so can’t comment on service. But when did a 5 dollar footlong turn into a 25 dollar meal

Went online and store website indicated they were open till ten. Placed the ordered and website said they received. Was on my way to get it and received a phone call in my car that they were closing and could not fill the order. They asked if I wanted the order filled tomorrow. I said I wanted a refund and they said I would have to wait till Monday. I asked about the site said they were open till ten and the response was “Yes we have had problems with that”. Needless to say not a great customer service.

Very good food and service, but the owner doesn’t allow the deals that are provided through the app. With it being 18 bucks for a footlong meal, I only go there if I can save some money. I feel that by allowing deals the owner would make more money with a larger customer base, but that’s just me. I’m just disappointed that I won’t be eating there until it changes.
Edit: They have started participating in the deals through the app, so I have changed my rating.
Edit 2: Nevermind, I only got to use a deal because it was my birthday, which gives a special promotion. They haven’t started participating. Rating has been returned to original.
Edit 3: They shadow banned my account because I used valid subway coupons that weren’t in the app. What a lousy business.

The last 2 times at Subway have not been up to their usual standards. We get take out most of the time but the place is always clean and their bathrooms also. Well my husband and I sat down to eat and my turkey bacon sandwich was perfect but my husband bit into something hard and said what is this as he showed me and honest to God it was a chicken beck. I wanted to complain to the store but my husband didnot, so I let that go. Then the next time they cut back on the amount of items they place in a sandwich and my sandwich was more bread then ingredients. I know everyone is cutting back but you also raised their prices too. So I feel either raise prices or cut back. Not both.

A saving grace in that it’s the only healthy chain fast food place to my knowledge! Great food and friendly employees, atmosphere is nothing special (just a regular subways interior) but you’re not exactly going to subway for atmosphere. Solid!
