Had to listen to one of the male workers whine about how much he hates his job while making my food. He also wouldn’t stop acting like he’s entitled to a tip after every order. Overall just killed the vibe and he should get a new job instead of making everyone else around him miserable.

I order from this location frequently, because in Baudette it’s always a lose-lose situation. these people cannot make a sandwich correctly to save their lives. Even when it’s mobile ordered and printed directly in front of their faces, it will be wrong every single time.

Forced to use the online order site for a child’s birthday party. This 7 sandwich order was wrong on so many levels i wouldn’t know where to begin. suffice to say 3 of the 7 subs – the bread was raw and wet. 3 of the 7 subs were soaked in yellow mustard, only 1 sandwich called for mustard. Practically inedible and ruined birthday party. Customer service here has been an issue in the past, now i shall NEVER order from here again!
