So called drive thru 7pm sat at drive thru over 15 min with no help. Watched 4 people walk in after me and received service. For me none.! If your not going to use drive thru tell customers so they know. Do not just them hang. This is not my first time problem with your drivethru but it is my last because your store employees are rude / lazy /pathetic and that is why I will never ever step foot in that store or drive thru again in my lifetime. And yes I eat out sometimes 2 times a day so you do the math. Why have a drive thru and not use it? I can count over 15 people that say the exact same thing . They all (your employees) should be FIRED TODAY because they have no clue what customer service is and that is complete truth because they are dropping like flies from your establishment. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely awful. They can’t door dash so don’t try that! And when calling to explain what was wrong with my sandwiches the “manager” just said “ I’m sorry the people that work here are very young” “ We are also trying to train” if what I revived is how they train people then they should be shut down.

Dude was quick…which we were grateful for. He seemed to be working by himself. The state of employment is terrible. No one wants to work. If I was younger, I’d be helping out the fast food restaurants. But I was impressed by this man, we told him we were proud and thankful that he showed up to work! He appreciated the comment!

My aunt and I were in this subway and only one very young worker working the drive thru and the phone and the front in. She was physically running. It took a half hour in line and 15 minutes for checking out. We had a coupon for buy one get one. She was charged basically $17.18 for one sub. They never took the the coupon off. The Diet Coke dispenser was out, half of the items on the line were out, out of onions and meat. I felt bad for the girl. Poor management for only having one person there on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. I don’t believe I will ever be going back there. The girl at the chocolate factory was just sitting around. My aunt said the tomatoes tasted old as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It took almost 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge us. There were flies everywhere and every single table was incredibly dirty. There were no other customer and at least 3 employees on duty so there’s no reason it should’ve been so dirty. 09/01/22 at 3:30pm

The workers are paranoid, I’m native just minding my own business eating, the guy asks if I’m gonna rob his car, like really man? He moves it while I’m eating inside, guess sitting next to it while eating inside is suspicious. Or maybe he got robbed before idk, but to say I’m gonna rob his car is just outright disrespectful.

Been getting subway for lunch for almost a year and the staff quality has went down drastically, before they made subs the way we asked and read notes when placing online and always had subs ready when they were suppose to. Withing the last 2 weeks I’ve been late returning to work because I sat at subway for 30 minutes for a sub that I had to teach the kid what to put on it the first time and second time they were busy but thats because the same kid takes 7 minutes minimum to make a sandwich which is insane. Today I placed an online order thinking, I’d give them time to make it can’t be late back. I gave them 45 minutes to make it then went on lunch and when I got their they had 2 customers with 3 employees and haven’t even started my sub. Sat their for anthor 10 minutes and got ignored and didn’t ask if I was waiting on sub which I clearly was. Will not ever be going back to this establishment and hope the manger reaches out to me so I can let her know on how horrible the place is now being run. Hopefully the other sibways are better just annoying having to drive across town when their a subway right next to where I work.
