Rarely open by the time they say they will be(8am). Service is good when they are there. But it’s proven to be a waste of my time to stop there. I usually try 10 or so minutes after they are suppose to open. I will be no longer making any attempts to return.

Dirty food bins- gave the kid $25 and he did not give me my $4.43 back that was owed me- very dirty in general. No customer service. So sad! Used to be a nice store.

Subway by Cashwise in Moorhead mn has gone down hill. I thought I would try that location again, bad mistake. The foot long bread was flat and not quite done, yuck. Got my Husband a footlong and the bread was flat and falling apart, I had them get another bread. I don’t think I will ever go to that one again.

Ordered an in-store pickup today. It said my order would be ready by 7pm, roughly 30 minutes after I placed it. I showed up at 7:05(already giving them grace) and it wasn’t ready. I patiently waited for my order and at 7:25 I was told they had no bread. Only flatbread was available, so I would have to wait even longer for my order. You literally take bread dough and bake it yourself and you are telling me you have none? These people act like bread disappeared off the planet. By the time I actually received my order I could have ran to the grocery store, went home, prepped veggies & baked a fresh loaf myself.

Ordered through drive-thru at about 2:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They were not busy. Person taking my order had me repeat myself 4 times. I get to the window and my order is wrong. I asked for little mustard on my salad and lots of Mayo on my sandwich. Tons of mustard on the salad and no Mayo on the sandwich. Never asked for peppers on the salad but got it. I understand if they are busy, but they weren’t. I had to ask for Turkey several times after they kept repeating my order and saying chicken to me. Once I got to the check-out window. I had to repeat it all over again because the employees can’t communicate with each other, apparently?!?! Very disappointed. I wish they had texting capability. That way it is written down and not verbal.

I came through about 9 pm last night and ordered a Steak & Cheese melt deluxe meat as was on the menu and a Caesar salad. Why I was ordering it took me almost 10 minutes to make my order because whoever took my order was making my sandwich before I finished placing my order. I was trying to finish the order to move up to the window and the man who was making my sandwich kept telling me to hold on and then finally my order was placed and I moved up to the window, paid and waited some more. I was getting agitated in the lack of concern for my time when it came to my order. When I got my food and pulled away I went to Walmart to eat half and then grab what I needed and my sandwich was horrible. In a bag not wrapped and the toppings were all over in the bag! I couldn’t eat it and with how much time was taken I was not gonna deal with this place anymore. Horrible!
