It’s not fresh, it’s fresh because they make it in front you! Everything comes in frozen! Except the tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers! So no thank you on that $7.99 footlongs yall can keep that garbage!

I frequent this Subway fairly often and have done over many years. The East 10 Subway is generally clean and the staff is generally welcoming. A few months ago a car ran into the northeast corner of the building and the outside repairs seem to be completed but they are still working on replacing a window and finishing up repairs inside. Today my wife and I ordered two sandwiches both of which were done quickly and accurately. The pop machine and floor around the pop machine was a bit of a mess. We mentioned it to the staff who quickly came out and cleaned up the mess.

When you order extra everything because the portions on veggies is terrible and you get 3 onions! Subway has gone way done hill and not happy with the product I received. Won’t be going here anymore. Way better sandwich shops around town

Absolutely love this location, it’s small but friendly, clean, quick, and very well organized. I got my classic chicken bacon ranch and while there were a sudden flurry of customers they handled it perfectly. Got my food within 2 minutes! Super quick, super tasty and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

I like to try places around town and get a feel for them I went with a client today and ordered a buffalo chicken protein bowl told her all my veggies and sauce got up to the drive through window and she said here’s your barbecue protein bowl I was like no M’am I asked for buffalo chicken protein bowl and she says well we don’t make those but I can do a suracha I said okay thank you so much and she seemed extremely unhappy and my client got a bad feeling I will say the food is great but please be more patient and understand I care for clients that have special needs and now she doesn’t want to eat her sandwich anymore I explained that working in fast food is very frustrating and stressful so we all just have to remember that

Order for my two footlongs, were made wrong AGAIN. Even after reiterating 3x’s to the drive thru operator how there were to be no green peppers on either sandwiches, and just add jalapeños to only one of the two footlongs…

As a customer, I was very disappointed in the customer service, the cleanliness of the business, and the attitude the employees had when I had stopped for lunch this week. The bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned for weeks, several flies were constantly landing on the food. You could see staff waiving their hands across the food storage bins. When you did ask for extra veggies on your sandwich, the employee would give you an attitude. The whole experience just turned me off and decided to use another Subway for a better experience.

Went to get 2 sandwiches on 2 separate transactions. Instead of having me order one sandwich and then the other, they tried to have me order both at once. They asked what I wanted on one sandwich. I said 3 meat cold cut with these veggies. Half way through listing the veggies I wanted, they interrupted me to say “we’ll get the veggies later. What do you want on the other sandwich?”. After I got done telling them what I wanted on the other sandwich, I asked them if they were ready to hear about the vegetables I wanted on the first sandwich. They said they already heard when I said and that they had the vegetables. Been at the window. I asked again just to make sure that they got the vegetables, and they said yes. When I got home. The sandwich was just meat and bread. No vegetables, not even mayonnaise and cheese. In trying to save time, they made it way more complicated than it need to be, and lied to my face twice.

Always loved subway. This experience was no different. Enjoyed my food and was quick service. Parking lot is a one way but otherwise overall very satisfied. Will be back.
