I was very impressed with this subway over other subways. Their food looked good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was quick and assembled the sandwiches well. They buzzed through our 6 person order faster then I expected and they remembered the whole order. I don’t normally review fast food. But they are a good one to stop at.

The service was good, quick & accurate.
This review is to say that there was an older lady that walked into the line from the register side & got in line in front of me & the employees just let her cut the line. When I said something about it, they just made her food & said it will be really quick, they know the order.. this really threw me off. I feel like it should be up to the employee to maintain the order of the line and inform her that there are people in front of her, not just make her order real quick because they know it.
Over all, a good experience, very friendly staff, but not very considerate of my time.

The person who answered the phone on 10:25am on Saturday, Nov. 11 really shouldn’t be working with the public. She claimed to be the “manager” at the moment but not the real manager. I was calling to let them know that their chipotle sauce may need some looking at. We had ordered 4 sandwiches the previous night, 2 of which were Tuna, my daughter had chipotle sauce on hers and became immediately ill and had to go to the emergency room. I was calling with a friendly notice to the store that they may need to look at their chipotle sauce and explained the situation to this employee. This employee even refused to give a first name for my documentation for the report, which I could care less but the manner and attitude this person has, well, I can see why she’s working at Subway. Most of the time I go here, we are serviced well, even though they charge for extra pickles at this location but this employee is making your store look really bad.

Not a good experience. I don’t know who they have working there now, but the lady was rude when I called to inform her that we were missing a sandwich after doing curbside pickup. They also almost forget our chips, cookies, and drinks before even leaving. They were very rude. She said, “well I know I made it. It is there.” And proceeded to argue with me after it mostly definitely was not with the order. She then proceed to say ” we will remake it, but it will not happen again.” Very sad.

Experience was not a good one for me. Employee was joking around with other e mployee not listening to my order so I had to keep repeating myself to him. Then my husband and I got mad because we asked for heated sandwiches they were cold. Also wanted them cut in half and wrapped individually. No napkins they gave for takeout. This Subway and Dilworth Minnesota Subway have been the worst ones. Not to mention that both places are horribly dirty includes the bathrooms I will never use! Employees are very rude and uncooperative as well as no time for customers. WILL NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! NEVER GOING TO THOSE 2 SUBWAYS EVER AGAIN!

I stopped here with my band after a game and had an awesome experience! They were really fast and extremely friendly. We will make this our go-to stop any time we are close to Ada! Great job, Ada Subway!

Mark is amazing! I came into town for sugarbeet harvest and Mark stayed open 24hrs the entire harvest. Its so awesome to be able to go on shift (or come off shift) to a good meal and a fresh cup of coffee. I’ve always liked subway and it’s people like Mark that will keep me coming back. I plan on buying all of my lunches at this location next season. Thanks Mark!
