This is one of the best Subways I’ve ever been to. When they’re open. They never answer the phone and every other time I drive into town to eat they’re closed early. Today, they’re closed over an hour and a half early. It used to be our favorite place to get food, but we’ve started to reliably skip it and go to Bemidji to eat where we know something will be open. It’s too bad business is so bad in this town. Some places are hardly ever open and the few who are act like they’re doing you a favor.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I went at 7:45. Online says they are open till 8pm. The OPEN sign was on. Employee was inside, door was locked and employee gave me no attention while I pulled on door. Sad.

Online orders are always turned off. They close whenever they want. No updated hours if that’s the case. No one answers the phone. Rarely get to eat here due to these reasons. They need help bad especially being located in Walker.

I don’t get why they thought it was a good idea to close 30 minutes early with a big convention in town. The open sign was on, they saw me trying the door and knocking, made eye contact and looked back down. With all the terrible reviews about service and how little they seem to care I wouldn’t even feel safe eating there.

I really don’t even know where to start. I ordered online a week ago because online it says open until 9:00 & I placed my order at 7:45. Then I get a phone call at 8:05 that you close at 8:00 and the oven had already been shut off so either we could cancel our order or come pick them up (which they hadn’t been made yet) but they wouldn’t be toasted. We opted to cancel our order. We were supposed to be issued a refund in the morning. We weren’t so I thought after a couple days I’d go in person. They were kind and understanding and explained they weren’t sure how to refund back to my card so I received gift cards, completely fine. Place an order tonight for 3 subs, two with meals and the order was completely wrong. If you’re out of something I understand but the least you could do is call and explain or answer your phone which based off reviews looks like a long shot.

SUBWAY! Love to stop after 9am for breakfast with my Grandma, just wished they opened at 8am. For the low amounts of staff they have had in the morning in bemidji, usually 1 person the staff has been getting the orders out and enjoys small talk. At times the person is setting up when short staffed at 9am, I just give her a few minutes and talk. It’s very welcoming, delicious subs.

Phone is ALWAYS unplugged…. you go in and they laugh. NONE of the meal deals go through to them? You go online, and it states the meal deal will be applied at checkout? NOPE…. So, you order on line and think they will make it right with you at the store? Nope. They said “Sorry, we cannot do anything about that? The girls are always putting the phone here on silent!!?” Great food… very expensive if not a deal? Guess it is flying off of my list. Customer satisfaction efforts are EXTREMELY LOW.
