Trying to be nice but I can’t. Worst Subway I have been to.. the setup is so @$$ backwards and they’re stingy on the veggies, the tomatoes tasted hard, and the bread definitely didn’t taste soft or fresh. I will NOT be eating her again.

A couple of weeks ago I was craving a delicious SubWay Sandwich. And as you may of seen on any previous reviews I have left at Restaurants in the local Aitkin area.. I LOVE the rewards program. However an error occurred. Oh No! I called the store many times, but only receiving crickets in my right ear, I gave up and went inside. When I mentioned it to the young tall stallion that stood across the counter. He stayed calm and spoke me through the process. And then.. Haza! I was able to redeem my long awaited Subway Sandwich. I asked what this young man’s name was, and he said his name was Camden V. So Camden V, if you are reading this, thank you for the help and I will be coming to visit you again!

I stopped in to get a sandwich for my five year old. I walked in to an empty store. The employee barely looked up at me and said “please wait a moment” and proceeded to wipe off every counter for an additional five minutes. When she finally was ready for me to order I asked for a kids ham sub with cheddar cheese toasted with mayo. She replied “ I’m going to mix it instead…” her delivery was quite rude and unexpected. When she removed her gloves, while I was paying, I noticed five or 6 open bleeding sores on her arms that she proceeded to scratch repeatedly. Obviously, I was disturbed and did not feed my son the sandwich.

Such a terrible experience. We were excited to visit our new neighborhood subway since it’s my hubbys favorite. We walked in to no smiles and terrible service. We had coupons to use because we’re new to area. We told the young man helping us wes appreciate using them. I don’t go after so I ordered the Cali sub , and he knew we had the coupons turned up that we went to pay and the cashier could t scan the coupon. So we were charged 30 bucks for 2 subs ( 12 ) inch and made us feel terrible and stupid. We could have went to Block north and had a delicious sandwich for that price and with good service. Terrible I will never go back. We only live a few blocks away. You all lost my business and ruined my day. Unhelpful, un pleasant service.

The kids were nice. However, the store doesn’t give you the free cookie when you add bacon.
One thing I’m really sick of is guilt tipping having a tip jar. Next year, cash register. Because we are already raising wages and charging enough for the food. In the first place that we should not have to tip people to do the job, they’re paid to do. They are not waitresses and they’re good. Service and mood depends on how much tips they’re getting now.

Jason the manager is good and the supervisor Kevin is a very hard worker. Great staff. Very friendly and kind. They treat the people of this community very well and I always notice that and the same with the tourists who come thru our community. The food is always fresh and good.

My husband and I ate here on Saturday. Best Subway we have ever been to! Super clean…….and they made our sandwiches perfect! It was the best Subway sandwich we’ve ever had! We are up every weekend and will definitely be back.

We were desperate for breakfast but in a resort town, that is sometimes challenging. Subway is not my first choice for breakfast but I do like subway sandwiches. Breakfast flatbread sandwich was really good, staff was super friendly, free refills on soda and clean eating area. Works for me.

I do love Subway, but with the new online ordering, my time in store has doubled, if not more, from having to wait for employees to complete sandwiches for people who aren’t even in the store. I waited behind 4 sandwiches for people who were not there and while I waited, my toasted sandwich got cold from sitting there. Stop putting online orders in front of people who are in the store, first come first serve and online is not first come and should not be put before people who are there and present!!!
