I have been to this store many time. Some of the employees are just rude and always in a hurry. I ordered food today by the machine and it didn’t have my order right and when I got my food it was wrong also. I didn’t get 2 of my sandwiches and when I went in to let them know the lady was very rude and sent me to the manager. I eventually got my sandwiches. Worst service ever. ZERO STARS!

I worked here for four months a few years ago, and I’ve eaten probably 10 times since. First time ive ever had hair in my food, a big old hair. Service was pretty quick and the food tasted good otherwise. When I first pulled up I got some attitude for the time I showed up when I wasnt expecting the food done for my online order right away and was happy to wait the literal two minutes that seemed to matter so much. Place hasnt been itself for the past year and a half.

I started ordering at the drive through and as I was in the middle of placing my order they turned off the screen. I hit the help button and I told them what happened and I got an “uh there is only two people working and we’re busy” then they just turned off the communication. Bro I understand it being busy but you don’t just turn some one away when they’re in the middle of ordering. Super rude, I’ve been I. Customer service for 10+ years and I’ve never done this to someone even when I was “busy”

I waited in the drive thru behind one other car for 30 minutes. I drove away after that, but sadly this isn’t the only time it has happened at this location. Sometimes the wait is acceptable but this happens too often.

I made two stops at Subway in Sauk Centre on November 1 and November 3 while in a rush to get to a volleyball game in Little Falls. Both times I was very pleased with the service at Subway and was extremely happy with the sandwiches they made. Hats off to their staff and their ability to put out a great product under pressure even at peak time!
