Young man working tonight did not care to be working. Threw his hands up in the air when my son told him he wanted a foot long cookie. Bad attitude. Couldn’t focus on what we just told him we wanted. No smile. He kept sighing as making the food. Sandwiches had very little on them.

Can’t even eat my sandwich. The person working was doing his best under the conditions, but this restaurant needs to be closed. It was infested with flies, the glass was broken on the veggies, and I found a piece of different meat on my sandwich. This is going in the garbage.

Ordered delivery from subway.com
The driver texted and said there was one worker who said they were new and taking longer. Looking past this, I was bummed to find 2 of the 4 sandwiches were made wrong, unfortunately added ingredients my children are allergic to. They also forgot to send 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips.
When contacted, subway.com said I needed to reach out to the store itself. Manager reported my order was doordash and couldn’t refund me. Despite my clarification this was a subway.com order, the manager ghosted me and never responded again.
Guess I’m out my cash, and will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Shut it down and let the reliable stores do delivery now.

Went 7/24/16 for lunch with my two small children after shopping, subway is inside Walmart. There was no one behind the counter. A gentleman sitting down started asking my kids questions about toys they were holding. My cart was inside subway but we weren’t in line. The employee shows up a few moments later and snottily tells me my cart can’t be in subway. So I pull it out, grab my two year old out of the seat and hold her while I finish the conversation with the gentleman. As I am doing this a couple walks thru, apparently friends with the employee and they have a cart. She never says a word to them about their cart. I wanted to mention it but decided if I had my service would continue to be met with an attitude. So we went to a different subway. I have zero problems with not bringing my cart in but the employees attitude and lack of enforcement for others is what irritated me.

I have an 18 month old and an 8 month old. I got turned down service because I wouldn’t park my kids whom were In my shopping cart full of paid groceries…outside of the subway. are you serious right now? no carts allowed ok…but I am not about to park my two young children outside your stupid store to order a sandwich to go! To go! All I wanted was one sandwich, I was going to order and be on my merry way. I cannot believe she asked me to park my kids outside of the store. I will never buy a sub here again.
