They only have one person working there. Poor employee has to temporarily close all the time for breaks or to take trash back and get all their duties done. Also stuck handling online orders alone, and can’t serve walk up customers. Just to go to Jimmy John’s nearby, they have a drive thru and an actual team.

Worst customer service I have experienced. I was the last person standing in line and the worker said “mam I am stepping away after I make his sub” (talking about the gentleman in front me). She refused to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable!

Went 7/24/16 for lunch with my two small children after shopping, subway is inside Walmart. There was no one behind the counter. A gentleman sitting down started asking my kids questions about toys they were holding. My cart was inside subway but we weren’t in line. The employee shows up a few moments later and snottily tells me my cart can’t be in subway. So I pull it out, grab my two year old out of the seat and hold her while I finish the conversation with the gentleman. As I am doing this a couple walks thru, apparently friends with the employee and they have a cart. She never says a word to them about their cart. I wanted to mention it but decided if I had my service would continue to be met with an attitude. So we went to a different subway. I have zero problems with not bringing my cart in but the employees attitude and lack of enforcement for others is what irritated me.

The manager of this Subway is terrible at her job. She doesn’t do a good job building the sandwiches, she never smiles, she glares at you, she barks orders at you, and one time I was waiting to be served for five minutes while she just stood there at the cash register. Eventually, I just left. I used to eat at this Subway all the time because I work at the Walmart, but I think I’ll just be buying frozen meals for my lunches from now on. This manager clearly doesn’t want my money.

So i walked into walmart this evening roughly 8:29pm. Wanted to get a sandwich for work two guys working as a former assistant manager. Clearly if your hours are set hours it should stay that way. The subway here closes at 9pm still time to make money for buisness. The employee was rude when i asked if still open. He in a rude manor said no. Im looking at calling store manager as well as corporate too let them know so if anyone wants subway at 845 forget it they close early good way too lose money

I have an 18 month old and an 8 month old. I got turned down service because I wouldn’t park my kids whom were In my shopping cart full of paid groceries…outside of the subway. are you serious right now? no carts allowed ok…but I am not about to park my two young children outside your stupid store to order a sandwich to go! To go! All I wanted was one sandwich, I was going to order and be on my merry way. I cannot believe she asked me to park my kids outside of the store. I will never buy a sub here again.
