I give them 1 star for food not because it doesn’t taste good, but because they always mess up the food. These people were fired by now, they would ALWAYS get our take-out sandwich orders incorrect, even at one point writing on the sandwich that they got it wrong, when they should’ve corrected it if they acknowledged it. This was one time at this store: When I walk in, the two workers tried to scare me as I walked in, I wasn’t phased but they asked if I got scared and I said no.
Already being kind of uncomfortable, one of them asks to play tag when I was just trying to get my food, I say no, but she taps my shoulder and says “Tag you’re it”. I go ahead and get my chips, and then they ask if I was the online order, but they say “Oh we didn’t make that” WHAT!?. Then they said they were joking and I say “You got me there!” with a fake grin.
My brother goes to get the drinks, when that same person asks us our name, then our age, my brother answers the questions but when she asks for the age, I say “None of your business” in a calm voice, (she takes this as “mean” later in the story). When we get the drinks, one of them asks if we have snapchat, like what!?Then my brother accidentally grabs a medium instead of small cup like was bought in the order, then they said “We won’t tell our boss” which, is kind of weird, but whatever. When my mom finally comes in, they say I was “being mean” (which I wasn’t) my mom takes this as I was being an actual mean person. My mom told me that when I went outside, they say “Have a good day” then my mom says thank you, you too, then they say “No, him”. kind of a weird thing to say, does it really matter in the long run? When we leave, my mom looks at me like I just did something bad, I explain to her that the only thing I did was tell her that it was none of their business, but she doesn’t understand. When we get in the car, we talk about it. When I told her about it, she immediately understood what was going on.
They are now working at the store again. I am angry. They put jalapenos and pickles on my sandwich when i didn’t ask for either.

Tastes more synthetic/fake each time I go… Get NON-GMO Organic Veggies… Non HPF Meats… then I’ll go here again…

Not too happy about 5:30p 8/29/2024 down to the last 6″ bread with 5 min plus cool time on a load of bread.
Update: I’m glad there is a metal cover over the meat side. Ensures my food is not being eaten by the flies, yet it’s winter and less of a need. Only drawback, I can’t see what’s there. Late day, they tend to run out of the good breads.
However: Customers may talk like they have their mind in the gutter. Employees should remain professional and not encourage that talk in front of a couple of 8 year olds on 1/23/2024. Thanks children!

I used the app and it said it was ready and got there and it was not ready and toasted one of my subs when I didn’t want any of them toasted which they said it would be fine and didn’t even start over. I got to watch them throw all my veggies on my sandwiches and they missed stuff we order and even paid extra for. They also proceeded to talk about a bee that they found in the pickles that they put on my sandwich.

I’ve ordered for my family here multiple times and the staff are nice. Thus far out of the 6 times we’ve been there they’ve only messed up the order once and they were very small mistakes like the wrong bread or no avocado.

I haven’t always had the best experience at this location but tonight there was a young girl named Mary tonight she’s absolutely amazing her aditude was great and she made my sandwiches exactly the way I liked will definitely return if she is work 10 stars

Subways are great places to eat because you can choose to eat as healthy as you like. The prices are fair enough except when one orders a salad because for some reason they are more expensive. I was at one and order a 6 inch veggie without bread because of my 30gm a day diet and it costed in the $6.00 range. That to me is rather steep.

The lady behind the counter charged me for the wrong sub, yeah it was busy before we had gotten there, but if she was trained 100%, she should’ve been able to shove those customers through the line at a faster speed.
