My husband and I stopped into the Paynesvelle store about 5:45 pm on a Monday night. We ordered a philly sandwich on Italian bread and was asked if we wanted the onions and peppers toasted. We said yes, but she only toasted meat/cheese/bread. We also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich on the same bread. First off, the bread was hard, NOT fresh. Second, the condiments – ALL OF THEM – were frozen, and it was very visible on each container. It was very unappealing to see all the ice on all the vegetable – it was BAD. We also made one of them a meal, so we got one raspberry cheesecake and one chocolate cookie. I couldn’t even taste the chocolate cookie – it tasted like raspberry. But all in all, sadly, the cookies were the best part of the meal. We will not be stopping at any Subway soon, and when we do, it WILL NOT be this location in Paynesville. Very disappointing.

I never write review but these Subs were made very poorly not sure if they were trained in properly or not. kinda slapped together very hard to eat and super super messy! Also not the best customer service.

All tables at dirty. Floors are filled with food. My lettuce was frozen. This subway is not clean at all. There was no more orders after me and no one was cleaning. Just standing in back talking with each other

Love subway, but this sandwich was very poorly made. The bread was only cut have way from where it should have been, so everything was pretty much just laying on top of the bread. I took everything out cut the bread more and refilled the bread. The mayo was only on top of all the ingredients. Oh, and the bread was DEFINITELY not fresh. It was very dry and crusty. Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Please re-train your employee’s!!!!

Was pulled in about 5 minutes before close and the lights were off and doors locked while the employees inside were just staring at me I am completely dumb founded that the manager is letting the employees close the store earlier then the stores working hours. Along with how the employees were busy talking to what looked like coustmers or possible friends Extremely disappointed in this behavior and Extremely disappointed that this store keeps having horrible behavior at night

The new kid was so lite on vegetable’s it was ridiculous and no one was going to help him. I had to ask three or four times to get the standard amount of veggies on each veggie. Rest of the staff is pretty good.

Went to the restaurant to order and there was 2 trainees working which nothing wrong with that, but the other employee that wasn’t a trainee wasn’t helping then at all. I ordered one of the new sandwiches thar used the cheese sauce and at the end they were talking amongst themselves about being out of the cheese sauce and told the employee thar wasn’t a trainee and he just said it wasn’t his problem. I feel like they should be watching sauces and when they are out let the customers know so they can choose to order a different kind of sandwich if they want. They never did say anything to me about being out of the cheese sauce I only knew because they were talking amongst themselves.

Arrived in town close to closing called ahead and they made sure I was able to get a meal that wasn’t gas station food. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and stated they were happy to help me out. Really wish subway would bring back the custom tip so I could tip 100% when using a card.

I am writing literally 2 stars because there was a line of people waiting to order and there are 4 staff standing around and a WHOLE 1 person is making sandwiches. This was at 4:40 pm on a Tuesday night. Can we get some help here ? How about teaching them to make a sandwich? Pathetic
