Reason for review is they won’t change the store hours online to be able to use the online app. one reason might be is they are having issues doing so or the other issue is that they won’t give a single discount on anything, they won’t except coupons either. Who wants to pay $15 for a sub that on the app is $9. Rip off. Not Right what they may or may not be doing to make a dollar.

I have been here a lot & usually my service is great. The people are friendly. However last night I went about 8pm which I understand it’s later at night. The 2 women that were working didn’t say anything, at all. Basically stared at me until I was ready to order. Ahead of me was a woman who’s English wasn’t the best had just left & the one worker turned to the other & said “that was difficult.” The food was fine, as always.
I personally work in the food industry & understand how busy a day can be, but the attitude was unnecessary.

Very busy lunch hour, Monday 12:15. Everyone seemed to be here. Three people ahead of us, but we were through the line in 5 min. or less! Our sandwiches were made fast & fresh, made just the way we like it.

I haven’t had Subway in quite some time. This one is golden. Very helpful with ingredients of the bread. There are lots of tables to sit at, but I opted to take it home and share it with my dog. It turns out that she likes tuna. Bathrooms are clean and in the back.

Don’t know who made my sandwich but honestly shame on them for messing up and sandwich so uncomplicated. Didn’t realize until after i went through the drive thru when somehow there was buffalo sauce on my chicken bacon ranch sub. Didn’t ask for it plus my food was ordered ahed online.
To add to the terrible night, I didn’t even get the drink I paid for and when I asked where the drink was, they both were confused and said there’s no drink paid for when I knew there was one. I get it but paying for a meal thats almost $20 they didn’t do anything to solve that. Wondering why i didnt speak up? I just couldn’t sit in the drive thru when there was a line behind me, better yet the lobby was locked up as well.
My pickup was sent in well over a hour before close so its not even like i showed up before close. Honestly don’t recommend when you don’t get what you pay for here. Was so disappointed in the quality control here

Went and ordered off their menu and got nothing like what it was suppose to be. And 30.00 dollars for two sandwiches is nuts for fast food . They basically told me that they can make it the way they like it. Plus it was not apparently to me that they didn’t care.
