While waiting for my online order, the workers were arguing with each other about what still needed to be done before close. Another customer came in and the worker asked if they had an online pick up. When the customer said no,that he was placing an order, the worker sighed and seemed annoyed. The worker that made one of my sandwiches ran out of onions so he ran to the back yelling and slamming things. It was a very uncomfortable experience and my order wasn’t even right. Both sandwiches had wrong ingredients, the wrong cookie, and wrong drink.

I visited your Subway location and was there for approximately 20 minutes without seeing a single employee present. When I arrived, there was one customer eating in the dining area, and when I asked if she knew where the employees were, she said she had no idea.
I called the store multiple times while I was there, but no one answered the phone. I also called out several times asking if anyone was there, but received no response. After waiting about 20 minutes with no staff appearing, I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant. I ended up wasting most of my lunch break here for nothing.
About 20 minutes later, my wife called the store again, and this time someone finally answered. The employee stated that the reason no one was in the front of the store was because she was “taking a dump.”
This experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business. I wanted to bring it to your attention for review and appropriate action.

I did an on line order Sunday 12-21-25 at 09:45. Web site stated open at 9 am and it toom my order said ready at 9:45. Went there store locked up. Finally talked to employee who stated it was not their fault they open at 10 or sometimes 2030. Left 4 messages for manager to call me 3 days later still no call back. Wanting my money refunded to my card. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had

This is the second time I’ve walked in and the same dude gets all in his feelings about having to make me a sandwich.
“You picking up something?” I go “no I’m ordering” and the way you can just tell he was pissed off about having to help me was so obvious. Didn’t even order anything just left. Not coming to this location.

I ordered a footlong steak Philly but I was handed a wrong order. I did take out so I didn’t realized until I reached home. I tried contacting them but had no response at all. I even tried contacting the customer service for subway and they told me I’ll get my refund via mail but when I received mail, there was nothing as it only stated ticket closed. I’ll attach the picture for the mail. If the owner for this subway could reach out to me that would be great cause I spent my hard earned money but I got handed off the wrong food which was with tuna, ps: I hate tuna so I had to throw the whole sandwich.

My daughter ordered from the wrong place and when I went to pick up the sandwich hours later the two workers were very nice and made me a new sandwich even though it was our fault! Kudos to the guys working on Saturday afternoon!

Ordered subway through the subway app on 1/20/24 when I picked the food up it looked like there was only one person working, she looked mad and clearly looked like she did not want to be there. Ordered the outlaw and it looked like they toasted it WAY to long it almost looks burned, they stuffed way to much spinach and the garlic aioli sauce was none existent I had to put extra sauce at HOME on and the lack of meat is just sad. The other sandwich The beast also had very little sauce and we had to put more sauce on when I got it home.
At least this time the dining area looked clean.
This location is not worth the price even though I got a buy one get one free it still was not worth the money go else where maybe fire house subs or jimmy johns since the sandwiches are made right.

I really enjoy coming to Subway. I like being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I want it. The staff here are friendly and make everything pretty quickly, even when it’s busy. Prices are fair for the portion size, and I appreciate that they keep the place clean and organized. It’s a reliable spot for a quick, healthier option compared to most fast food.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The employee was visibly frustrated and complained about how busy it had been earlier when a lot of people came at once, acknowledging that having a lot of customers can be frustrating, but that he shouldn’t take it out on people, especially when my friends and I weren’t even there during the rush. He gave my friends and me attitude, and his overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional. His negativity created a bad atmosphere, and his aggressive behavior, like audibly slamming things (though not loudly), was uncalled for and honestly made me scared to even place my order. The bad service and unpleasant environment made this a place I definitely won’t be returning to. I hope management sees this and addresses the issue.
