I only personally go in when Jessee and Kaylin is working they are the only one that takes the time on your sub like they all should be doing. Every bite is great! Other workers don’t take there time they make is sloppy. Taste gross. I recommend going when they are working

We ordered online 20 minutes ahead we showed up and walked in as our order said it was ready. When I got in there the worker said they hadn’t got to my order yet it would only take a couple minutes, then proceeded to help every other customer that came into the store first. I waited an extra 30 minutes to get my 2 subs. We ordered online because we were driving through and didn’t want to wait in line but had I just got in line I would have been helped right away, instead my order ticket sat on counter while they helped 5 other groups of customers, and then when no one else was in the store my order finally got started.

Ordered ahead 20 mins prior to going in. 5 people in line and they didn’t even start making our food. The service was extremely slow even when they started making it. Mine as well just went in and ordered. The whole point of online ordering is so people don’t have to wait in the line. They must not like people buying one and getting one free on mobile lol I don’t get it.

Every time my family orders subway online, our food it slways messed up. There is never any sauce when i ask for extra sauce, my 3 year old gets tuna instead of turkey, my wife’s subkrunch ends up in my philly and this has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. parking lot has severe potholes that they refuse to get fixed and whenever we go inside the store there is 1 employee working alone during rushes or nights.

We were the only customers at the store and had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped. The staff were very unprofessional, had no bread or cookies made, cared more about gossiping with each other than making our food. Our flat breads were rock hard and staff refused to fill sauce bottles to make the subs the way we wanted. Will not be back.

Although the renovated dining room is nice and food is exactly what you expect, the service at this location is downright atrocious. Despite me being the only customer in the store and repeatedly greeting both of the employees behind the counter, neither of them acknowledged me or so much as looked in my direction. One was talking on the phone, and the other seemed to be highly concentrated on putting glossy cheese slices and dry olives into a salad. After waiting for ages, one of the staff finally bothered to take my order, and then proceeded to continue working on those awful looking salads for an online order. Again, I was the solitary customer in the store at this point. It wasn’t busy in the slightest, so I have no idea why she couldn’t have just but the finishing touches on those God-forsaken salads after making the ONE sandwich I had just ordered. What should’ve been a quick afternoon stop at Subway turned into an awkward 20 minute affair marred by terrible customer service. Subway, I love you man, but you gotta step up your customer experience.

Won’t be back. The last six months it has gone completely down hill. Our last three times it was less than satisfying. Not as clean as it used to be, horrible customer service, workers who don’t know how to make the subs. Today there was NO bread. None. I walked out went to Casey’s. Much friendlier and way better sub.
