Ordered a pickup, picked up and left. Went eat, had NO spinach on at all even tho ordered with EXTRA spinach! None at all! Also ordered WITHOUT mayo, only honey mustard. Got both! Wrote to subway was told I would be contacted by owner. Heard nothing.

Was told I couldn’t have veggies toasted. I’ve ordered the same sub for 10+ years and I’ve never been told that. And I’ve worked there for 3 years. Always something when I come here in morris. Otherwise, food is OK and at least they were nice about it.

My wife and I ordered protein bowls before and we got full containers of food. Today, mine was barely half full and my wife’s was even less. Pretty pathetic for paying full price for a few bites of food.

I did an online order and everything was correct. When I got home, I ate the salad that I had ordered and I got sick 1 hr after eating. I was sick the whole weekend and believe that I got food poisoning as that was the only thing I have ate last. I have never gotten sick after eating anything there. It is usually good and delicious! Sometimes things happen, but make sure your employees are washing their hands & replacing spoiled food before preparing the order.

The food was good, their service was lacking. Took a long while to even be acknowledged by staff at the window. No one even attempted eye contact. And that was at a time when I was the only car at the restaurant. When someone did come to take my money, he was very courteous and upbeat. I was just surprised by it, Subway’s I’ve been to before have been right there. I’m not sure if it’s the new punch in your order boards where no one has to talk to you. You punch in the order and drive up to the window. No one being there makes you wonder if anyone is there. Did they get my order? The board is easy for making your order, fewer mistakes. But, personal recognition and contact are important, especially if you are expecting a tip, too.

First impression was the long line and sweltering building. “No AC,” is what the worker said. The kids working were nice enough to us but one was rude to the other, who was new. My meatballs were cold.

Love ordering online here! They always have my order ready to go when I arrive and it’s so convenient to skip the line or pick up my order at the drive thru. Employees have always been very friendly and polite. The only issue I’ve had is that sometimes my order will be off. Once I was pregnant and needed the meat heated and they didn’t heat it, and I didn’t realize it until I got home.

Love the fact that this location has the seafood sub.
They did quit the oatmeal raisin, which has me sad.
The staff is friendly and tolerates my sadness about the loss of my favorite cookie.
It’s a great place, I haven’t had a bad experience. They handle busy times well.
Bathrooms are nice, no changing table though. So mom’s are prepared!

Other than getting rained on wind and blowing into the vehicle are into the server window. And try ordering on a touch screen with water flow down over it. It’s only a sunny day place to order at the drive through.

Lousy service. I went through the drive-through. After waiting about five minutes by the customer window, I asked if they were working on my order. The employee repeatedly betrayed me for asking. I generally like Subway, but I won’t be back till this one. The employee also apparently tried to add a 10% tip which I wasn’t interested in paying. I realize that restaurants get busy, but I wasn’t sure if they had even noticed I had placed an order.
