The food was good, their service was lacking. Took a long while to even be acknowledged by staff at the window. No one even attempted eye contact. And that was at a time when I was the only car at the restaurant. When someone did come to take my money, he was very courteous and upbeat. I was just surprised by it, Subway’s I’ve been to before have been right there. I’m not sure if it’s the new punch in your order boards where no one has to talk to you. You punch in the order and drive up to the window. No one being there makes you wonder if anyone is there. Did they get my order? The board is easy for making your order, fewer mistakes. But, personal recognition and contact are important, especially if you are expecting a tip, too.

Since I changed to the carnivore diet, I eat mostly meat with no veggies, bread, sides. I ordered a sub an asked for nothing but meat. It was a tiny bowl of steak for about $20. I would have been better off going to a fancier restaurant and ordering a real steak. Later, they told me they charged me for a salad since it was in a bowl. Carnivores, beware. Everyone else, it’s a nice option.

Said they opened at 9 am. At 9:10 the doors were still locked! He finally came to open the doors! They didn’t have Flatbread so I had to call my wife and ask what she wanted instead. He got mad went to the back and never came back out. Even after I shouted I was ready. So I left with no food! I wish you can leave a review with 0 stars!

This manager that served us at the drive through was so rude . She didn’t have change when I paid for my meals for my family . She was so rude and just disrespectful. I mean what subway doesn’t have $20 in change at 4 in the afternoon . She treated us like we were totally disrupting her day by ordering food . Won’t go back

Jane the manager is very rude and belittles the employees in front of customers. And Jane is rude to the customers as well. There are many complaints about Jane on many different websites and she STILL works at subway. The higher up managment needs to do something about it. She is not a good manager or person. She is cruel and mean. Otherwise the other employees are very very nice and I feel so bad for them. I hope they know that there is other places that hire for the same amount of $$ or even more and they would get treated so much better then they do at subway! They deserve better and so do customers.

Love ordering online here! They always have my order ready to go when I arrive and it’s so convenient to skip the line or pick up my order at the drive thru. Employees have always been very friendly and polite. The only issue I’ve had is that sometimes my order will be off. Once I was pregnant and needed the meat heated and they didn’t heat it, and I didn’t realize it until I got home.
