Food is usually good but this place is filthy. All of the dining room floors, chairs, and tables were full of crumbs and grease. Window sills are full of dust and dead flies. Bathrooms are gross. Staff is always new and slow. An online order takes about 25-30 minutes.

When we got there, they only had the options for wheat and white bread, nothing else. The building itself is very small and we felt like we were being stared at by customers. The workers were nice, the service was just pretty slow. Food tasted good at least, but my friend found a hair in her sandwich..

This is a tiny place. If you come into town from the south on highway 23 you will not see it, but this might not be a bad thing. The service was horrible, unfriendly, rude, and a little confused is putting it nicely. The food was mediocre for a Subway, you get what you get but this was off just a little. Going to try and not be hungry while going through this stretch again!

My son gets off work at 8 a.m. on a Saturday. Stops to grab a sandwich there. So it’s like 8:15a.m. and the employees there tell him they aren’t open. When clearly the sign on door says 8a.m. They obviously dont want customers. Will Never spend another $1 at this Subway.. this is reason why small businesses close. Whoever the manager is needs to clean house. I will say glad to see the manager took action and contacted my son to apologize. Dont want to see someone fired, but if you dont want to do your job then dont do it.

Friday the February 19th 2021 (store located in Granite Falls MN), walking into Subway at 8:45 PM with open sign was on I was told we closed but our closing time is 9:00 PM. I was there to get 5 foot long sandwiches and more. It was really disappointing. It was not the first time it had happened before also.
