Ordered an online order and the 2 girls apparently didn’t read anything on my order, my sons came out fine but mine had the wrong cheese, no ranch and the bread was toasted and no bacon. Was also shocked my sub came in the brown bag inside of the plastic bag without being told a reason why that is.
Update as of 08/25/23- still nothing has changed. There is a girl there that I’ve had make my subs on 2 separate occasions and she messes it up, previously the sub had the wrong bread. This time, my sub was missing cheese and another sub had the complete wrong sauce on it.

Always friendly staff, veggies are always fresh and tasty. The older lady with the short hair is very nice and friendly and she answers all questions. Always clean in there, which is something I always look for if I’m eating out, it says alot on the quality of service I’ll get and the cleanliness of the place.

I just came in a few days ago to order a melt. A new lady was being very rude the whole time to customers and her co workers. She was an older lady who looked very grumpy. She also just handed me the hot bag fresh out of the oven and didn’t put it in one of the regular subway bags that are made for the melts. The sub was very sloppy and the meats were everywhere

Celena was working and she may not have great feelings for me but it doesn’t give her a right to treat me poorly for she is in customer service. She made the persons meal who I was with decently but mine was poorly made as I watched her do both of them, you could tell the difference. She also treated Anton very poorly while they were working together, she was very snappy with him while there was a line of people and it was very noticeable how poorly he was being treated. He managed to still do an amazing job at his work and treated all the customers very nicely, and let her rude comments float past him.

The lady behind the counter was almost annoyed when we asked questions. The sub was great though. We ordered buffalo wings and the lady that was annoyed took our order anyway and we got them for free because she swore we paid for them already. I pretty sure she charged the people before us for them. I know we didn’t pay for it. Lol

Went to use buy 2 get 1 sub free using the app and found after getting there to pick up, they tell me this location doesn’t participate in the offer. I think this location sucks. If they won’t stick with the rest of the locations then they should fix the app so you know immediately that they won’t honor coupon so you can go elsewhere. This shop isn’t the 1st time I’ve had problems with them overcharging me.
