I have been to the new location three times now. Each time was greeted and serviced with great enthusiasm.
I have met the manager and she has implemented a welcoming vibe. She wants to get to know her customers while providing a positive experience. Each time I have visited I am in and out in a very respectful time. The workers are friendly and not in a robot repeat way.

Ordered a sub for my son and a wrap for myself. The sub was fine, nicely made and everything. The wrap was good but you could tell it was just tossed together and not rolled up very well. Very messy. Also wasn’t cut all the way thru. Please take a little more time to make the food presentable. Thanks

I stop at subways all over MN & WI & this place is really nice. Brand new & still smells like it! They had a bit of a line at the drive through, and we’re still able to take care of my order really quickly. Great spot to stop for a sub!

There is an employee, that i beleive is a new, that had the most respectful, courteous attitude . He was extremely cheerful and was on top of things. He listen to your order and had great eye contact, that made me feel i wasnt just another sandwich. This was lunch rush and he was a bit frazzled but kept his cool. Jon you did a great job. Me and my boyfriend had an online order for 2 subs and we were very disappointed, the sandwich was made so poorly, they didn’t toast EITHER of our sandwiches and also forgot to add multiple ingredients. I will also note that the store wasn’t busy at all and had maybe 2 other customers before our order. What made this experience even worse is that when we called to ask for a refund the lady that was working on 6/10 evening time was VERY rude and inconsiderate and had horrible customer service skills! Worst subway I have ever been too and waste of money!

I went to the new Subway on HWY 12 for a late lunch. I was greeted by two welcoming employees and they made my order swiftly. Unfortunately at the time their computers were down and they weren’t able to accept payment so they compensated my whole meal. The service was great, along with my order!

Waited a while just to pay. It wasn’t even busy. I am from out of town visiting my dad. And my sandwich is made wrong. I asked for avocados and I got guacamole. And I didn’t select it. The person on the phone was very rude, and so was the cashier on drive thru. They it way too much Mayo and honey mustard!!!! I can’t even eat it… so disappointed. They didn’t even cut the foot long. I drove 4 hours to visit family and I haven’t eaten all day and now I have to spend more money to get something to eat b cuz this sandwich is terrible

We have been going to this Subway for awhile. This is the best of the three subways in town. We have always had quick and courteous service. The food is alway fresh and the restraunt is clean. We highly recommend going here for a quick bite.

I somehow ordered online at the wrong subway. I explained this to the lady working the counter, and I also told her that I was on my lunch break and asked if they could call the other store and tell them to not make the sandwich so I could get it their. Nope she acted like I was dumb for even asking. Sadly I work 3 mins down the road and love to get subway because it’s fast. Not after that experience

Stopped at the brand new subway shop in Hwy 12 in Willmar, this new store is awesome they are a very friendly and helpful staff, crew that is working is top notch. The store is clean the veggies are fresh and they were making fresh baked bread while in was in there. I really can’t say enough about this new location!! Keep it up!
