On time and well made. I ordered online and they were ready when I got there to pick them up. They were all made to order specifications and the ingredients seemed fresh. Employee I briefly spoke to was helpful and polite. Prices are higher than I remember but it was a nice treat for my family.

Ordered online and two of our sandwiches were wrong one of them and had way too much pepper and we ordered extra cheese. There was not extra cheese. The other one had some sauce on it that was not even ordered on it when taking it back and explaining to them what was wrong with it the worker wanted to argue about the amount of pepper on one of the sandwiches. Anyways, they did remake the sandwiches, but then the second one the bread is burnt. Will definitely not be going to the subway in this town again.

Went there this afternoon a little before 4:30, their was three young ladies working. Two of them were great, however the third one was not having a good day and she wanted to share it with the world, with service like hers, that subway won’t make it much longer. The two girls that were awesome was a gal that had long black straight hair and the other one my guess was a newer girl “blonde”. The third angry girl had a scowl and looked at us customers with contempt, Beware managers the cancer will kill your business

Closed on random days doesn’t have any consistency on when it’s open. If you order online it’s only right half the time, and they charge 18 dollars on some specialty footlongs while other stores charge 13 for the same sandwich. What a joke

We have eaten at dozens of Subway’s through the years in MN and when traveling in other states. Montgomery’s Subway is, hands down, the best food and service we’ve had in any other location. Their bread is soft and poofy, the ingredients are always fresh, and the service is great. We’ve never had a bad or even just an “OK” meal there. We highly recommend this Subway! You won’t be disappointed.

Every time we order from this Subway (through the app) something is always wrong with the order. Finally after a 4th order wrong and a generic “we are sorry” email, I’ve decided to write a review. The first few times it has been small things like the sub not being toasted, which is more annoying than anything. The most recent time, we ordered 3 subs. One on italian herb and cheese and two on wheat bread. When we got home with our order, the 2 wheat bread subs were actually made on flat bread. I double checked my order just to make sure I didn’t order it wrong and I did not. At that point, it would be more of a hassle to drive back to the store to deal with it, so we just tossed it. The staff is always super friendly, but I don’t know what the disconnect is with getting the order correct. We will most likely be going to the one in New Prague in the future just to avoid the hassle of this one.

There was this employee Matt there that started making fun of Autistic kids, degraded employees in front of customers, he messed up my sandwich somehow. It was literally just a BLT. I’ve complained to the company but for some reason he’s always there when I go in. Definitely not a friendly environment, and I recommend you just drive to new Prague because I’ve also seen him at the lonsdale location. If I could give zero stars I would. Shoutout to the other employees that have to put up with him.

I used to work at this Subway and due to unfortunate events needed to quit. I do have a better job now, but anyway, I went through the drive thru and ordered my sandwhich, not a difficult one to make either.. And whether the staff likes me or not doesn’t mean I should recieve a sandwhich that is incorrect nor should it be sloppy and a mess when I open the wrapping. Harrison who handed me my sandwhich waa very nice and smiled, but it is just a shame that I am now basically eating my sandwhich as if I ordered a salad..
