I was at the subway in blue earth MN at around 7:30pm 10/11/2025 I walked in and this white haired guy with a beard was counting the till, and the green haired girl was working cleaning the floor. The white haired guy stopped counting the money did not wash his hands and began to make my sandwich. When he was putting the meat on I had to tell him to pick out some blackish material out of the meat he could clearly see. He seemed upset and put upon to do his job. He said nothing the entire time, and when I seen the cucumbers they had little brown bugs flying off of them and were clear, like they were rotten. The green haired girl did her job well and the white haired bearded guy was disgusting. He should know better and I bet you he did.

Super frustrated, went into get a 6 inch with one topping just to get no food. I was the first and only person, then 10 minutes later we had a line of 5 me still waiting in front. I had a 30 minute lunch break and spent 22 minutes waiting while the lady was “cleaning” and the manager just sitting in the back on her phone. Not going there for a while

Come in at noon you would think The bread would be fresh!!!??? If I had to guess it’s yesterday’s that they are trying to not waste. Italian herb and cheese bread, both subs I ordered were hard as a rock! Dryer than dry!! I get not trying to waste, but we also pay for fresh!!!! Extremely disappointed

Went through the drive through and got my order. Got home and looked at my account and they charged my card twice. Kept giving me excuses and told me it will be put back on my card. Nothing but lies, bunch of thieves. Called again and they hung up on me when I wanted the GM to call me. Turning them into the police.

We stopped by the Blue Earth location this evening. We used the rest rooms (very clean) I ordered my sandwich and noticed how fresh all the items appeared to be. Connor waited on us and was a very polite young man. While he was sweeping he gave us a history lesson of naming Blue Earth. We appreciated his knowledge. Keep up the good work.
