The lady working was very unprofessional and rude. Also, she Tried to charge me fifteen dollars for a club sub , and I had a coupon for 7.99 sent to me from subway. They would not honor the coupon even though there’s no sign on the door anywhere saying they do not honor coupons. I asked her if she could ask her boss and so she puts her boss on the phone and tells me they don’t honor coupons.I asked if they could honor it this time since no one told me and they said no , that they would rather throw the sandwich away. Mind you i was professional the whole time. These people SUCK

Not good. It’s like no one really trained anyone on how to actually make a sandwich. This location has just gotten worse year after year. Kind of upset I spent money there.
Went back for my daughter. Wasted more money…. I took the sandwich home and had to remake it. The manager needs to start managing. The employees are poorly trained, if at all. The food is garbage. Don’t make the same mistake as me… Never again.

The food taste good. But they really need to get better employees in there that can actually do their job efficient and quick. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes for me to get 2 6” inch subs made when I’m the only one in line. Even witnessed people that had placed a pick up order that had to wait for their food. I’ve worked at subway in the past and I can’t believe how horrible of service this place has. I wish I could give it a zero star.

Seriously disappointed when I walked into this subway today, I almost turned back around. Just looked dirty and not taken care of. I don’t know who manages this store but it doesn’t appear they are doing a good job. Barely any chips stocked, floor looked dirty, had to ask for new lettuce and didn’t look much better than what was out there previously. Boxes piled up in the back corner. Just appeared to not be well maintained at all. Don’t think I will be going back to this particular subway.

The only reason I am even writing this review is because this is about the 6th time I’ve went to subway in Stewartville and had this exact same thing happen. There is a young boy working there with glasses and longer brown hair and he seems to work the night shifts a lot and it seems everytime I go in there is an excuse to why He doesn’t have this bread or why they don’t have this meat and it only happens when this 1 lazy boy is working because he’s rushing to close the store it seems. Last night he told me he couldn’t toast my sandwhich because the oven needs an hour to cool down. I mean just rediculous! At this point I think this boy does this for fun because I’ve worked at subway before and we weren’t closed tell 10pm meaning at 10pm we would lock the door then wouldn’t go home tell we had everything cleaned and prepped for the next day. They have a course online called subway university for new hires might want to have the young boy who doesn’t understand work ethic retake those classes. I’ve never ever had any of this nonsense happen at any location in Rochester! I live in Stewartville and will now never get they’re subway sandwiches! I will just drive to Rochester if I want it that bad. Not worth having a basically guaranteed horrible experience. I really wanna know how often they clean being it’s so hard for them to close! I’ve also heard this same employee tell another employee that he was there to close the store not help make sandwiches. This place has to figure something out before lazy employees ruin it! If I could mark a 0 star rating that’s what I would go with.

Went in at 530 no one in line was told they have to do a catering order before they got to me would be 30 minutes… don’t you usually have to give them a day prep that ? Makes no sense the big guy was a jerk about it.. went to Rochester for my subs and I will probably take the extra ten minutes to get them next time also .. the kid wanted to help me but the big guy said noo

Since they recently renovated the space and got new employees, this particular location has gotten significantly better. Our online orders are usually correct, but it’s fast food, so there have been mistakes. Still a relatively cheap place to eat, and they have good deals on the app sometimes. We don’t eat here often, but we’re usually not disappointed when we do.

There is a very strong sewage taste and smell that comes from their fountain drinks. I almost threw up when I smelt my drink, and thought my nose was playing tricks on me. I am sick to my stomach wondering what could possibly have made my soda taste like sewage waste.

I went there on 9/8 to get a 6 inch BLT and I got charged for a foot long. Does the lady with the multi colored hair know the difference between a 6 inch and a foot long? The lettuce was brown who eats brown lettuce? I bet they wouldn’t. It’s worth the drive to Rochester to get a better subway sandwich. I don’t recommend going to the stewartville subway.
