Worst Subway sandwich shop ever! I will never be giving this Subway my business ever again. Seriously this Subway doesn’t participate in any of the sales going on. Than they have the audacity to raise the prices on customers. Please boy cot this subway until the owner finally get their act together. I have rarely left low stars on a review but this is asinine.

Came in late at night, 30 mins before closing time. Guy was putting everything away. He was nice enough to still help us even though everything was packaged away. He also didn’t seem annoyed, and was very kind even though he could be annoyed with us for coming in late.

Expect a 15+ min wait had to bail on ordering on my lunch break stood in the lobby for 15 min and still had a sandwich to go, one guy 2 sandwiches ahead of me dude had to read the order off a receipt strip… disappointed

Very unprofessional. The girl who started my sandwich was extremely rude. The guy who finished my sandwich was wearing pajama pants and I heard him tell another customer that they were just in the back trying to pierce his ear for 30 minutes not to mention they were pretty much out of every topping, the lettuce was brown, and the soda machine was flat.

Subway is my favorite place to go for a good meal. I have been avoiding the Dodge Center location because the management was so disrespectful and made me feel like I was an imposition. I went back today and had the most amazing experience. The staff all had smiles on their faces and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The manager Deanna was positive and welcoming. Definitely plan on making this a regular thing. Best experience ever!!! Thank you!!

The girl I believe named Gabby, was absolutely amazing. I came in on my lunch break so it was pretty busy and she was on the line by herself whipping up sandwiches quick and efficient! All while still making small talk with us customers. I’m not sure what they pay at a small town subway but she definitely deserves more! I was utterly impressed. Hoping the next time I go she’s making my BLT again

Venus at the Dodge Center subway is awesome. She was just opening when we came and she apologized for not being completely ready and we said it was okay. She is very friendly and courteous. She really knows what she is doing and it’s obvious that she likes her job. She talked to us off/on the time that we spent here. Way to go VENUS you rock. I left her a tip because she definitely deserved it……

I’ll order in person and they either put stuff on that I didnt ask for or they double charge me and get mad when I tell them I only got one 12 inch Sub and they have to change the order. That’s happened multiple times for me. So I started just ordering online and I’ll give them 45 mins to make it and I’ll show up and it still isn’t done. They tell me they’re out of something I ordered and wait for me to show up instead of calling me. Last time I ordered online, all the staff was outside talking to their friend who just got a new car and he had to show them all, so I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my order. Manager also has an attitude everytime I’m there too. If you’re in desperate need of subway, just go to Kasson

This Subway is by far the best in a 100 mile radius! The lady working was the manager i believe but she was organized, fast, and friendly!! All the stuff we wanted was right there in front of us and FRESH! GREAT SUBWAY cant find many like this one anymore!
