First off- Service was good, gets an additional star because of that. My issue is I received coupons in the mail for subway, so headed to my nearest subway location as the price was right. Got through line with my subs and went to use the coupon at which point I was nicely informed they are not a participating location. Spent $23 instead of $14. Fine if you’re not a participating location but then corporate shouldn’t be sending out coupons to the neighborhood.

I ordered 3 sandwiches. All were toasted, but burnt, barley any to non sauce on the meatball sub, barley any dressing on the subs. Food took almost 20 min to make.

Went in for lunch today, February 5th, and was greeted with a three person team that was amazing! We don’t typically go to Subway. It can get rather expensive but we had a coupon this day. She was so kind and helpful. No rude looks or comments.

I come here for lunch on my break. Staff is nice for the most part. 2 problems I have had. One they don’t accept paper coupons no more (just sharing so others know). 2 speak loudly because the girl didn’t hear me I had to repeat myself 3x with everything I said. Also I asked for honey mustard and I walked away to go pay. My fault I should have watched her put it on the sandwich smh she put regular mustard on the sandwich (didn’t know until I bit into it).

Loved subway for years, especially the old seafood sub. Went in to get dinner and was told, sorry none of us take coupons anymore. I asked why do you still mail them out? They blamed corporate. Needless to say i can’t go to subway anymore.

Just went get a sandwich and nachos to eat there first off handful of chips is asinine for 5 bucks but whatever asked for some other sauce on my nachos and the lady got a snotty attitude about she can’t give me sauce on nachos I’m eating in 3 seconds the attitude was unnecessary it’s subway if I request sauce it’s not that big of deal pretty much got a pile of attitude for asking for sauce on my nachos so I will go somewhere else maybe management needs to retrain about the attitude

Didn’t put sauce on sandwich I requested. Called 10 mins later when started eating it amd they said bring it back I’ll put sauce on it which is OK, but I explained I had to be pick son up from practice and it would be 45 min to a hr. Which I was starving then and was on the go that’s why got fast food. First he said he would put it on the 45 min old sandwich then when I said that’s ridiculous he said as long as I bring in the old 6 inch he will remake it. Well I am starving now that is horrible service

I was highly impressed. The lady behind the counter was on point and friendly. I usually get extra protein on my sandwiches, also, I get I fully loaded with heavy on all veggies. Alot of stores I see hesitancy when making the sub. This store. They “tucked” all the toppings into the bread very well and wrapped the sandwich so tight, there was hardly a drop of the two sauces dripping from the sub. Cleanest sun ive had from a subway. Best part was even after adding all my toppings, she, with a smile asked if I wanted any seasoning. Most stores. When i ask for oregano or s&p I get a vibe of hesitancy. Felt none Of that here. All smiles and great service. I didn’t get her name but I feel she needs notice, especially being during the lunch rush. The most hectic and stress filled part of any line cooks job. AAA+

My fiance and I were there about 830 pm.and about 858 we were told that we had to leave because they closing at 900. When on the door, it said that closed at 11. The worker behind the counter, threatened us saying that he was going to call the cops. If we didn’t leave.My fiance couldn’t even finish her sandwich… we call the corporate manager and turned in our complaint. Hopefully that idiot behind the counter will get fired.
