I was immediately hit in the face with the beautiful aroma of bread. Then I was greeted by the extremely helpful Ryder. He made my sandwich absolutely flawless and I’ve never been more satisfied with a subway experience. The sandwich was perfectly crafted to my liking and I will be back more than once a week. Very polite young men, eager to do a good job, but the only thing I would improve on is making sure that ur pop syrup doesn’t run out. Mellow yellow had no syrup only carbonation.

If you have a problem with helping customers GET A NEW JOB. This place has gone down hill with employees. These two teenage boys act like us customers shouldn’t even come in and have no right coming in. They make fun of every customer. One kid with big nostrils black hair and tall, puffs his nose a lot and sighs and rolls his eyes. Do something about these kids, or a lot of people and myself are not going back.

I like ordering online and then just picking it up! It’s been a great experience! I love the new wraps… sometimes I have trouble eating their thick bread so the wraps are a perfect alternative!

The guy who started our order was friendly and patient with my indecisive girlfriend. The guy who finished our order was a completely different story. He was a complete a** towards her and acted like we were bothering him or he had better things to do. I know we all have our off days but this guy went above and beyond to show he didn’t care about what we wanted. Will not be coming back and someone needs to teach that little punk about customer service and that not to many places will tolerate his attitude

Employee was rude to start. Then left literally 2 inches on either end of 12 seafood delight with no meat. I said hey come on $7.50 for 4 small scoops? He proceeds to say that is all we are suppose to put on. Worst experience ever. Point of advice… train your staff to not be rude to start with and at least make it look like a full sandwich.will recommend jimmy johns… at least they are polite. This was at 9pm
