they put my sandwich in the bag unwrapped so it fell apart and i had to put everything back in the sub, i ordered lettuce and got no lettuce, i ordered ranch and there was no ranch, i made sure there was no tomatoes in my order and i got tomatoes, and the bread was very crispy and hard. usually good is good there but today was definitely a disappointment. i also tried calling after i saw the sandwich and there was no answer after it rang for minutes.

Got here at 930am and they didn’t have any bread left! Told me “only” 20 minute wait. Hah yeah right! I also saw her scooping the steak with her hands instead of using the pre-measured scoop. Gross!

Typical Subway experience except for the guy that made our sandwiches. He was friendly and helpful. I would eat at Subway more often if more employees were like him.

Two guys back there working hard during lunch on a Sunday. However, it took 30 minutes to get our food. Which did not come as ordered and when i asked to make it right they were out of what our sandwiches were missing. Not their fault. Very reflective of ownership and management for setting up these two young guys for failure. Too bad. What was supposed to be a quick bite to eat turned into an hour long headache..

We usually order from the Eveleth Subway once or twice a month. We are local. In fact we prefer this Subway over the Subways in the closest town. I ordered 2 subs on the app (LOVE the APP!!) tonight and after I drove to the store, I was then told they were out of bread. How does a Subway run out of bread? I had the order canceled, and money was returned to my card Instantly. About a month and a half ago I ordered 2 subs on the App and once I got to the store, I was then told they were out of lettuce. We had the subs without lettuce then, but today’s being out of bread really floored me. I love the App, and love ordering off the App, but almost feel I need to order when I get there just to make sure they aren’t out of anything.

I had the best customer service at the Eveleth Subway today. I didn’t catch her name but maybe she was the manager, if she’s not, she should be! Sub was beyond delicious, but she made the most out of a coupon a buddy and myself had so we got a free sub out of it. Way to go above and beyond!!!

They didn’t have bread? Called to see if they were open and they said yes. Showed up, and they said no bread. AND they only had raisin cookies. Unbelievable. No apologies in site, They were grumpy and rude. Won’t be seeing me at any subways any time soon. ☠
