I just ordered on the app. The two sandwiches I ordered were wrong. They had the default items in the sandwiches but I had customized each one and neither had all of the right items added or removed. Will not be going back.

This Subway has several factors going against it. The first is the odd layout. You enter the store, run the line, but then a good chunk of the seating is along the narrow area where folks are standing to order. There is better seating closer to the entrance if its not that busy. The service is also a bit slow compared to most Subways. The main issue seems the be the experience of the folks behind the counter. Subway is always going to taste more or less like Subway, but this may be one to avoid unless you have some time on your hands.

Convenient location close to home. My daughter likes the online orders so she can get points and offers. She likes their salads because of her dietary restrictions. I think it has become less affordable for just a sandwich and chips.
Staff is always very polite and the order is behind the counter so you need to ask for it.
Dining-in is a little tight. The tables are across from the counter, so you end up facing the customers backs while they are ordering.
Plenty of parking and you can access it from CR 6 or from CR 101 through the CVS parking lot.
It gets busier during lunch time.

So I feel bad writing such a review, but I just want something to change because it used to be good. The current worker like a previous reviewer said seems “out of it”
The bread is dry and seems like it’s been sitting out for awhile, Capitola was advertised so I thought “great! I love Capitola” it had a greenish tint and looked disgusting, service is slow. It’s just an overall horrible experience and one of the worst subways I have ever been to. They need to get rid of all the workers and hire new.

Iman was a sandwich artist! Made two delicious sandwiches for my daughters, quickly, correctly and was friendly. Felt super welcome and comfortable as everything was clean and fresh. It is becoming their favorite meal!

Ordered online, pretty sure whoever made our sandwiches didn’t bother to look at what we actually wanted. Far from what we ordered. Missing toppings, not toasted, paid extra for cheese but very little on the sandwich. How hard is it to follow the instructions?

Very good wrap but can’t believe how the prices have gone up! I can’t afford to pay over $11 for a wrap. It was delicious but the cost is beyond my budget.

This subway makes me not want to go to subways. I asked for the southwest steak and cheese wrap as advertised. The guy had no idea what that meant. He had to call over another employee to show him the card with the listed ingredients. He used one meat boat when the wraps are supposed to be two. Then started putting on the wrong ingredients, which I mentioned to him. So the other employee finished the wrap and cashed me out. I got half the meat (half value) and wrong ingredients put on. Employees need to be trained, and meals need to be started over and completed the correct way if you’re getting charged full price for them.

This is an ok place not the best but not the worst. Subways cookies some of the best fast food cookies you’ll ever find. Its bread is kinda chewy though. All in all it is a pretty good place.

So I’ve ordered online twice now and each time I order they screw up the sandwiches first time didn’t give me deluxe meat like I asked and the wrong bread. Then today asked for them tosted and they never toasted them I’m giving this subway one last chance for this if they actually care about there online ordering and make it right and have the things that are supposed to be cooked and extra on there I will change this review if not then this stays
