The gal who made sandwiches for our group today was one of the most positive, sweet, hard-working people I’ve ever met. MAMA, we love you and the care with which you treated us. Oh, and did we mention that she was the ONLY one there? She was so efficient and loving, even though she could/should have been annoyed, hassled, slow, etc. thank you, sweetie. The customer service is terrible. The employees are un friendly and rude! I ordered a rotisserie sandwich that looked like shredded chicken. The portions in their tray were so minimal. There was barely any meat in my footlong. The subway description says “a generous portion of rotisserie chicken”. I asked for a little extra to cover my foot long sandwich. The rude employee kept telling me it’s an extra charge. WTH, at least cover more then 3/4 of my sandwich. I did not ask for 1/3 vegetarian…!

Rude employee. The only one in the store. Headphones in one ear. Arrived and was immediately told “I’m not going to be able to help you for a few minutes!” Finished with the only customer ahead of me and proceeded to restock ingredients. None of which were empty. A very uncomfortable environment. No reason for the rude behavior.

I went to this subway today, ordered a few sandwiches for family that’s Ill with COVID, No I wasn’t in contact at all… however the two young ladies there really showed a lot of love, amazing customer service skills. We ordered online to pick up. Order was not correct. Ordered a sandwich with double meat…paid for it… Did not get it. Ordered a chicken ranch sandwich got tuna and there were banana peppers in that sandwich and in a bowl we ordered… neither person likes them. We had not had Subway in a long time and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.

Done, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here.

Short-staffed, with just one employee there to handle both sandwich-making and checking out, and he has to wash his hands each time when moving between those activities. (The hand washing is a good thing, not a bad thing.) Don’t expect fast service if it is busy. It wasn’t very busy when we visited, but he still seemed stressed. He got about 80% of our order correct, but I didn’t want to have him throw out a sandwich and start over.
