The woman working seemed to be manager material. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was so patient, helpful, and kind to us. We will return to this location solely based on her customer service and friendliness. We got three subs and all were made perfectly! She asked us to let her know how the chicken salad was- and we will return soon to let her know it was perfect! And get another 🙂

Why is it that no matter the location. If you order a sandwich for delivery and you ask it to be “toasted” they never toast it…. Why are delivery orders not taken as seriously as in person orders?! Literally EVERY TIME

Never got served. Tried getting the attention of staff in back room but no one came out. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out front to make food but no one came out. This was 1 hour prior to close. I’ve been here before and not had that issue, but I will say their service hasn’t been stellar when I have been here. (Photo is from outside after I left. I went back to see if anyone was on the line and still no one was there.)

Mackenzie is the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever seen working at a Subway… or maybe anywhere. She’s very kind, and also really fast and good at her job. Very considerate, wrapping my sandwich carefully, in halves, as I would have asked for if I knew they would do that. A nice bonus I didn’t expect. And a good hand washer, to boot!
The sandwich was a good price, too. (Haven’t eaten it yet, was so impressed with her I wrote it right away.)

Horrible Horrible Horrible I will never go back to that location. I need to call the health department today. I went to get me and my daughter some food and the Mexican lady opened the bread container and took out the White bread and she dropped it on the dirty floor and I watched her pick the bread back up and put it back with the rest of the bread . I asked her why she did that, and she just shook her head. I left cause I refused to buy anything from there. Can you imagine how many times she did that? And her coworkers watched her do it.

Would’ve given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn’t to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.

This is my first visit to this store, it was not crowded, appropriately staffed, and the gentleman who came from the back to take my order was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping customers. I didn’t order online, because I wanted to check out the cleanliness first. It seemed pretty clean and the employee who made my sandwich was sure to not touch food and the register with the same gloves. I was out of there fairly quickly, came home, and tried my sandwich which tasted as good as I remembered.

Noah made and rang up our meal this evening. After the items where totaled he re rang up different sandwiches than we ordered and charged us an additional $6. We ordered a spicy Italian (2x) and that was our original order but we where charged for two veggie subs with added salami and pepperoni on each. I will never be returning to this location again.
