Me and my mom stopped by this Subway around 7:35 PM. When we walked in, there was a Mexican gentleman cleaning up. We stood there for about 2–3 minutes before he even acknowledged us — no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, he went to wash his hands, and while doing so, he coughed into his hand before putting gloves on.
As we waited, we mentioned that we had a coupon for 3 Subway sandwiches. Without even looking at the coupon or asking about it, he immediately shook his head and said “no.” That response, along with his overall attitude, felt rude and dismissive. At that point, we were really disappointed and decided to leave.
We’ve been to this location before and have always had good experiences, which makes this one even more frustrating. The coupon we were using actually came from this exact location, given by one of the employees here previously — that’s why we chose to come back.
Unfortunately, they’ve lost our business for now. We ended up going to Panera across the street instead. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and coaches this or other employee on better customer service. We weren’t expecting a 5-star experience — just a simple greeting and basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches through online for pickup, had a long day at work and this was going to be my dinner, I asked for extra sauce in it and when I got home there was barely any sauce! How ridiculous and you wanna charge extra for the new hot honey chicken when there’s no sauce ?! Tried to call the store of course no one answered and their mailbox is full !! Ridiculous I had to add my own sauce from home for this dry ass sandwhich. Try to reach out to corporate too and of course it’s hard to reach customer service. Do not come here unless you want a dry ass sandwhich. Poor customer service ! I highly do not recommend. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this! They don’t wanna have their phones open because I’m sure there would be a lot more complaints ! No one was in the front when picked up and when customers came in, I’m sure they love dry sandwiches because whoever made the sandwich clearly doesn’t know how to make a sub !

Been here many times over the years and used the online app for the first time today. Food was fine but the male employee was quite rude and had a serious attitude when engaging. Initially, he wasn’t interested in engaging at all even though my order was behind the cash register and not in the pick up area.

Stopped here on my way home. The gentleman was awesome. I only came in for a pretzel but his service was amazing. I did not know they added salt on the pretzel, he offered to make me over another one. I gently declined but the level of service was amazing. I did not catch his name but he made my experience worth it because it is rare to receive service like that these days.

My food was ready before I got there which was nice. However, my sandwich which was toasted was bot toasted very long and even though it was a sandwich was 2X cheese there was almost no cheese… My sandwich tastes like dried chicken on one half and toppings on the other. Not what I expected from subway.

** MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE AND ORDERED ADDITIONAL FOOD ITEMS. THEY NEVER INCLUDED MY BIRTHDAY COOKIE ** Also if you’re adding extra meat or toppings, it’s very hit or miss with online ordering. You’re best off actually watching them add double meat or other toppings.
Managers please tell your employees to use the online order pickup shelf. The employees never use it and just keep it behind the register. Today I waited 5 minutes to get it because the rude male employee kept saying just a minute while he was servicing other customers. Well sorry to say but if you USED THE PICK UP CART I wouldn’t have to stand there waiting.
This is why I will NEVER tip. Tipping before getting your meal is absolutely insane.

I walked in, wasn’t greeted and the employee working was somewhat rude. As I was ordering my sandwich, I noticed some of the veggies looked old. Wilty lettuce and spinach. Dry looking cucumbers. I thought if I just avoided those ones I’d be fine. Nope. Now I got sick from the food. I only ate Subway that day so that got me sick. Don’t come here. Don’t let the shiny new interior fool you.
