Update 12/1/23 – tried to give them another shot because it was early and I was in the area. Check out the hilarious videos of my experience this place is a joke!!
I used to like this place cuz they opened early but I’ve shown up multiple times now and there’s been no employee to help me. If you can’t get your employees to come in on time then don’t open so early. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.

If you order online, expect your order to be ready 25 minutes past the time it says. Theu will help every customer in line before preparing your order. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. No sense of urgency to correct the problem either

I had a terrible customer experience here. I stopped in with one of the mailed coupons that comes every month. I proceeded to order the food and at the end the coupon did not work. The owner/manager claimed that the coupon had already been used. However it had not, it was brand new from the mail. She refused to honor the coupon and I ended up paying close to double for 3 sandwiches. She even showed me an older coupon in their system that was 2 dollars cheaper. I’m assuming their system was out of date and thus the coupon did not work. I won’t be returning.
Update: I contested via subway online and the owner honored the coupon by giving 2 free sandwiches. Leaving at 3 stars due to the hassle.

This is the best Subway I have been to in years. Clean, fresh bread, and great service. It is located inside the gas station so you can get additional items at the same time. Highly recommend!

The best subway experience I’ve had. I go here almost every other day. Abby is great and her customer service skills are exceptional. The proportion of all the condiments is large. The bread is so soft and everything they have is really fresh.

AVOID! Asked for the monster and got nothing but meat. kindly requested it to be corrected and the lady refused because of the lunch rush. I didn’t expect it to be perfect as it’s connected to a gas station but come on… They can’t even make the sandwich on the menu? Trash and dirty tables didn’t help the experience. Save your time & money.

Did online order, arrived a few minutes after when the app said the order would be ready. Hadn’t even started making it and had to wait for them to finish everyone in line before they even started ours. Basically was penalized for ordering online. Recommend avoiding this location if placing an online order. The food was “Subway Standard”.
