I’m upset, I come to this subway frequently because the one in albertville sucks. With that being said I have a soft spot for this restaurant but when I bring my kids to sit down for lunch and a Black haired male employee (no doubt a teenager) screams profanity’s and swears/pokes fun at other customers, they might be friends with the employee, but still this is a public space. I decided to watch this young man to see if he got back to work and help his fellow employees but instead he sat on the back counter on his phone during a rush. I don’t run this management but I’m sure there is only certain times for cellular phones (on break) I hope the employer/manager frequently watches the cameras. Besides the profanity, the work ethic. I hope they fire this individual to secure a safer and friendlier atmosphere for my children and kids!

This Subway is by far the most friendliest and freshest I have ever been too, not to mention, they’re super efficient and get my order right every time I’m there, and go above and beyond! This is my go to Subway! Way to go STMA Subway! Definitely recommend others to try this establishment!

Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 8:10pm. Went in at 8:15, order hadn’t been started. Only one employee working on a Friday night. Looks like the store got a face-lift, maybe it needs a new owner. What kind of a tight wad leaves a lady working alone on a Friday night?

My wife and I stopped in on our way through town yesterday morning. We were greeted by Luke, who had a smile and said thank you for joining us, what can I get from you. Service was very good and courteous. As we left he thanked us for the tip and to have a Merry Christmas. I do not see this type of service as often anymore form teenagers. I want to make sure Luke gets the recognition he deserves. The subs we great too.

Ordered a cold cut combo… it seemed she wasn’t sure and so I repeated that I would like a cold cut combo. She put some baloney on. No other meats. I asked if that is a cold cut combo (as I have ordered it for years) she said yes. My thought was… hmmm did they change it? I paid an awful lot of money for some baloney. I then asked for a double chocolate cookie. I get home and it is a simple chocolate chip cookie. I looked up to see if a cold cut combo had changed. It has not. Still turkey, salami and baloney. I know the 2 very young kids were trying. Maybe they just need to understand the menu.

I went on my lunch break to purchase a sub, I signed up for the rewards programs because I love going to subway and love the coupons! I tried to redeem a coupon and the store manager Dawn couldn’t figure out how to redeem the coupon so she charged me for me a meal. I asked multiple if this was correct and she kept assuring me it was, although when I got the receipt I was charged for the whole meal without hot the coupon. I tried twice to fix the issue with the coupon and she refused to help. I would not recommend this subway.

It doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of the day…St. Michael Subway always has super friendly employees and great food. We are always met with smiles and genuine greetings. In our 13 years living here, they have never made a mistake on one of our many orders, whether it’s a huge party tray or a few sandwiches for the family. Over the years, our preschool has taken many field trips there and the tours they’ve given have been fun for everyone. Jared and his team are phenomenal and I feel bad that I haven’t taken the time to thank them publicly after so many wonderful visits. So, kudos to everyone who works there for always giving us many reasons to return. 🙂
