Horrible service today. First, when making someone’s sandwich, you always wash your hands and put on fresh gloves. The lady and the new employee, failed at both. You could tell the young man was new, but still, that should be the first thing learned. After she made my sandwich with the meat, he was about to put veggies on it. I asked him to change his gloves because he was touching the register screen and everything around it. He had an attitude the whole time, acted like he didn’t want to be there, threw veggies on the sandwich, grabbed them from the dirty counter, and even put a black olive near the hole where they put dirty gloves. He then lifted my sandwich off the sheet and put it in the paper, acting like he didn’t want to fold it, and cut it horribly. The sandwich was messy and sloppy, and the experience was distasteful. When I mentioned the sandwich should still be on the paper, the employee looked at me and stated they don’t wrap it in the paper anymore, which was a lie because I just had Subway and they did it, saying it’s against company policy. This was all around horrible , disrespectful , disgusting and very unprofessional. Wow Subway just wow.

If you want to receive some of the worst customer service you’ll ever experience, come to this subway.
I walked into the establishment and the staff person behind the counter did not greet me or smile (ok, I get it).
She stopped stocking the bread and asked what I’d like. I said “Hi, sorry but I have an allergy. Could I ask you to please change your gloves?”
The employee proceeded to have an attitude and say “I just put these gloves on and haven’t touched anything, but sure.”
I said “Sorry, I’m not trying to be difficult, I just want to be cautious because I have an allergy.”
The employee then says “You don’t need to explain, I didn’t ask. Now what do you want?”
At that point, I did not feel safe having this staff person make my sandwich as it seemed she did not care. I asked if there was someone else who could make my sandwich and the employee said no.
I refused to spend my money there and left.
I suggest that the management at this store has a meeting with their staff about customer service and taking requests like changing gloves seriously.

They never put expensive extra ingredients you paid for. NO meat paid, NO cheese paid. Just vegetables which are for free in any case. Ordering from Subway always means a bad mood, wasted money, a chance of missing out on lunch, and ruined health.

Who ever served me at 10am, oct 1st. Did a great job! Probably the fastest I’ve ever got my order at this location ever.

Subway is a nice restaurant. Get the Spicy Italian combo sandwich meal! They are the best. I think their foot-long Italian Sub is phenomenal. Restrooms work & there is helpful & sensible staff that isn’t too intrusive or creepy.
Definitely get a different car to access the location, though – it is sort of tucked away in a strip mall. Need calories! Working some overtime at the factory . Friends from out of state are in town at the moment as well. Target factory guy is bothered & anxious again…oh boy

Came into this location as it was closest on the way home. My wife and I both ordered our sandwiches “Deluxe” which is 1.5 times the Protein. Worker asked me if we meant “double meat” and we both told her “No…Deluxe. Not Double”. Worker proceeded to shrug and put “Double Protein” on our sandwiches. She then instructed the other employee to “ring it up as Double meat”. We told her we didn’t want “Double Protein” and that we wanted it “Deluxe”. She stated very angrily that “Deluxe IS double meat!”. We left there being charged almost $24 for a “2 footlongs for $13.99” coupon. Maybe teach your employees the difference between the two so they don’t overcharge and then act all ignorant and angrily at customers??? Just a thought ♂️

Didn’t go inside cause I order online and had someone to pick it up so I don’t know much about service and atmosphere but the sandwich was unbelievable small and it was mainly mayonnaise inside my sandwich. My sister also got small amount of meat/veggies inside her sandwich too. Could be just this location but I don’t know since I haven’t gotten subway since like 2018 and I remember having much more stuff inside my sandwich.

Marks of Subway’s decline are present here: Rude people who don’t know or care about whatever deals might be happening.
We came in specifically because of a $3.99 per 6-inch deal. The app said this was a participating store. This was never offered. We ordered one 6-inch so they assumed the other sandwich would be too. $15 for two 6 inch sandwiches is a lot. We didn’t stay as we didn’t feel welcome there.

I will go out of my way to go to a different Subway from now on. The food was fine, no issues there, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Every time I have gone in there the employees seem irritated that I am even there. The last time I was there the employee was sitting at the table on her phone when I entered, she let out a big sigh and slowly walked behind the counter. Couldn’t even muster up a smile or a greeting. While ordering she just mumbled and wouldn’t even look at me. Made me feel not welcome at all and I just wanted to get out of there because I was clearly annoying this girl by coming in and ordering food! Will not go to this location again.
