Order online 3 footlongs 2 of my subs were missing bacon (American club n steak add bacon), onions on my sub after specifically asking for none, sauce gushing out my sandwich when I know is not standard…. When I walked into the establishment one of my sandwiches wasn’t even in the bag. It looked as if they just threw it on the shelf. Didn’t even wanna go back and deal with the two gentlemen working.

What is this? The sandwich isn’t even closing! It’s a mess! I can’t even eat this! The courtesy would be to remake the whole sandwich but the gentleman said the bread was too soft so that’s why it’s so messy. I hate to be that guy but there’s no way I can eat this while at work. Very disappointed that making a new sandwich wasn’t an option. Guess I won’t be having lunch today since half of it spilled out when I opened it.

Closing time online and on their doors says 10pm- was there at 950 and the doors were locked. The employees hid in the back and the second I walked away they came back out.
If you close early due to an emergency then put a sign out- otherwise closing early for no reason is unwarranted.

They wanted to charge me for extra shredded cheese on my sandwich after they used the smallest scoop possible. I’ve never had a subway franchise give me such little shredded cheese, let alone charge me for extra! There’s multiple subway franchises in the area where I can go and get a better sandwich. I will not be back here ever again.

The staff was nice as I was greeted when I walked in and thanked when I left. My sub also tasted good.
The downside? The service was extremely slow. There were 4 people working. The sandwich makers moved at a snail’s pace. The cashier seemed like he knew what he was doing. The other person there seemed like a supervisor with a bored and crabby look on his face. He could have been helping and supervising. They really need to speed up their service to improve their rating.

I’ve been placing mobile orders for this location (not that I eat here very often, very rarely do) for some 2 years or maybe even more. It’s always a hit or miss. The food tastes bland and they skim on everything. The workers attitude says it all and the atmosphere is terrible. It’s one of my least favorite locations.

I would love to understand the concept behind wearing gloves when you’re prepping the food touching the cash register not changing your gloves and going back to the food I want you to know how disgusted I was and I threw my sandwiches in the garbage. Gloves are to be changed if your going to run the register and prep food. You both did it. GROSS
