I’ve been here a couple times and this is the best subway location I’ve ever been to. Mostly due to the fact that the man and woman who usually work during the day are absolutely a joy. They’re good at their jobs especially during the busy lunch rush and always super kind.

Manager was extremely rude. New sandwhich menu seems to be too difficult for them to deal with. I’ve never had to tell the 1st person the vegetables I want at the beginning of my order. I was reprimanded by the manager (1st person) when I got to the veggie section (2nd person) He stated “I asked you if you wanted the sandwhich the way it’s listed” mind you I didn’t want the additional veggies I added toasted which is why I waited until I got the the 2nd person to tell them. I understand times are busy and you may be short staffed (they had 3 people on the line and 5 total customers so I don’t believe they were short staffed or extremely busy at this specific time)

I’ve always had a great experience. Everything always tastes fresh, they follow covid guidelines and even when there’s is a line the employees are always quick and friendly. There is one man who works evening shift who is always wonderful. He remembers customers, is very friendly and cares about doing a good job. This subway is great.

Look…It’s Subway. Are you going to get a world-class meal? Probably not. However, this particular location has some of the most hard working and happy employees I’ve ever witnessed which makes me continue to be a repeat customer. The way the team smiles even in the middle of a massive lunch rush is admirable. They deserve kudos!

Employee working almost every time I go in there is disrespectful and likes to joke around too much. Tonight I went in and he jokingly said, “Have a good night!” That was the first thing he said… He said, “Let’s just skip to the last part.” I almost walked right out of there. Not funny and not cool.
