This review is to give a shout out to the guy who was working this evening (June 10 at 5pm). I placed an order online and put a note in the comment box asking to have my turkey heated. I’m pregnant and need deli meats heated to steaming. When I walked in the guy knew my name and then assured me he saw my note about heating the turkey. He said he got it nice and hot and everything was labeled so I knew which sub was whose. It was great service that I’m not accustomed to receiving at chain restaurants. Subway better keep this employee.

We showed up at 7:40 on a Saturday evening when hours said open until 10pm and all the food options were still laid out on the line. There was a guy working who walked to the back when we came in and never came back out, despite multiple call outs. There were no other customers. We were a group of 1 adult and 3 kids under 12. We hung around for 8 minutes but gave up when it appeared the employee was hiding to avoid working. Unfortunately, not the first time to experience this. Can’t count on service after 6pm here.

I stopped in there at 9:49pm to grab a sub and Dylan, the employee said we are closed. I said you guys are open till 10 PM. I would like to order a sub. He said we are closed. We put everything away already. I said that’s not acceptable because business hours show 10 PM you should stay open till 10 PM as it says he refused to make my sub.

I’ve always had a great experience. Everything always tastes fresh, they follow covid guidelines and even when there’s is a line the employees are always quick and friendly. There is one man who works evening shift who is always wonderful. He remembers customers, is very friendly and cares about doing a good job. This subway is great.
