The girl working was awfully rude and RACIST. She tried to give herself a $20 tip when my dad was paying as if he wouldn’t notice the price difference. Do NOT come here! Unless you want your money stolen too. Shame on this franchise. This was at 11:21:28 AM on February 20, 2026. I’d say her name but she didn’t even put it on the receipt.

Used to be a great subway but I’ve repeatedly had my order messed up recently. From wrong cheese to not toasted. Today they added a ton of onions to my sandwich which I didn’t ask for and now I can’t eat my food due to food sensitivity to onions. Waste of my money. It’s not hard to pay attention and make a sub correctly. I’m thoroughly frustrated. I shouldn’t have to beg for food to be made correctly.

I went to the maplelake subway and ate a 6 in steak and cheese sub, it was pretty good and they recommended that if I do a survey I can get two free cookies or a 20 oz drink for free, great service and clean updated interior store, I’ll come again!

This is the best subway I have ever been to, came here and ordered the new nachos. the women working did an amazing job and these are honestly the best nachos I have ever had from subway, she spent quality work and time creating these nachos and it almost feels like a work of art! If you want an all star to make your sandwich you better come in when Karissa is working. She is a culinary genius with speedy, quick, and kind God given sandwich making abilities. If I won the lottery I would HIRE Karissa as my personal sandwich maker. Overall an incredible place to get your order taken, have the sandwich artist listen to you, and hand you your sandwich with a smile. Karissa if you see this, I’m hoping they gave you a raise. The manager was very helpful and kind to me and made me feel like she was excited to help me. The food is the best. I’ve gone to multiple subways and nothing compares to the food and service here – I now only go to this subway! Once you’ve been to the maple lake location, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
