Honestly it is embarrassing what’s happening here. Couple days ago I go in for my lunch and they had no lettuce, all the veggies looked days old. One person is always working, there’s never a team here.
The day after I try again, they had lettuce BUT it was slimy, brown & pink in color. I will not return. Idk what is going on but there is no care, there’s no customer service. They need to shut this location down and make room for a better restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning

Wow I am so disappointed. I usually never post a bad review for anyone as I just don’t believe in it. However, I am breaking my rule today due to the sandwich I received. I had a 6″ Tuna on their white bread. Bread is hard as a rock, flaking terrible and crispy – yuck. You can’t see the tuna on sandwich as there is so little of it, I added cucumbers and they are almost see thru they are so old. Tomatoes are orange as they are not ripe enough.
Awful sandwich that is not edible. I work in the area and we are limited with quick lunch selections and after today Subway will no longer be an option for me. The only good thing is the hard working people there.

Had the worst experience today. Ordered 2 6″ subs – I didn’t see them until they already had meat and cheese (which I had to saw what kind of cheese twice! they were 2 footlongs. I said…oh well. Had to ask twice to get them toasted. One sub was good. There was SO MUCH honey mustard on one – it was in the garbage. She had to go in back 3 times while making 2 very easy subs. I was on lunch break and only customer in line. Second time with horrible customer service at Long Lake location – I’ll be driving further to go to Mound going forward. Back late from lunch break AND had to through the sandwich away – sauce literally everywhere! Wish I had taken a photo! And still starving!

Ordered the fiery meatball sub. The lady did a great job and the sub was so delicious I came back 2 days later for the same, only to be disappointed. The gentleman forgot the pepperoni. It also seemed like it had less meatballs this time but maybe it was just the missing pepperoni that made it seem emptier. Just not the same without the pepperoni. How can you miss 1/2 the protein? There are only 2 meats; it shouldn’t be that difficult.

We went in to get sandwiches during our work break and they told us we needed to speak English. When we couldn’t they gave us one half a sandwich to split between three of us. They knew it wasn’t right but they did it anyway, we each had to split that little half sandwich and they found it funny. It felt very purposeful and targeted, not happy with the service at all. As well as the sandwich was very bad it was haphazardly made and the lettuce was bad.

Walked in and was greeted with smiles and pleasant attitudes. Cynthia the manager is very gracious and very nice. Kade (I think was his first day) and he was awesome!!! Made our sandwiches with pride and a smile. Eli was not part of taking our order but he was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Cynthia sets a great example for her team and it clearly shows. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the smiles!

I happened to come in with my son to discover that there was no bread the only woman working was Cynthia and she was doing the best job she could fixing the last shift’s neglect while she had a smile on her face she was hustling and treating each person who came in like they were the most important person in the room she made our day and she is a friendly wonderful woman who definitely deserves respect and 5 stars

Worst. Walked in and waited a few mins while listening to the employees in the back goofin around(I get it, work place comradery) guy comes out with the blankest stare and no greeting. I noticed he was wearing one plastic glove which looked greasy already. I said hello and he put on the other glove. Not new gloves, one used and one fresh. Then again a blank stare. Didn’t ask what I was ordering or make any attempt to seem welcoming, just stood there…I told him I needed to double check my order and as i was going to make the call, i heard him mutter something under his breath while he scurried to the back, so i left. All this was in just a few short minutes, but 10 years in the service industry and you notice these things FAST. I don’t want a sandwich from a place like this. 0/10. Would recommend anything else.

I went to the counter and asked do you have gluten free bread at this location. She said yes. I said are you sure she said yes. She instructed the young trainee to take the wheat bread from the same area as the bread with gluten out to serve me. I explained to her that is not gluten free and she insisted the wheat bread was. This store needs to be educated on what this is or it could get someone very sick. Also this woman had a person with disabilities working for her in the store she was very rude to him. If you do not have time to train or address situations correctly then maybe not have a person with special needs there during lunch rush. Will never go here again .
