This place needs to train their employee again. I came for a quick lunch at around 11am on a Saturday. The two servers were helping another family of four people before me. The two servers were in half sleep half conscious mode, so they were confused on what was next for the sandwiches making process. I think one particular guy was massaging each sandwich before he cut it :))
It took me 21mins to get my sub ( I knew the wait because I reviewed time stamp of a text that I sent right before I entered the store)
Also, they advertised their new menu – nah, still same meat and sauces, just different names.
Not a good experience at all.

The young man working Saturday 3/30 does an amazing job on sandwiches. The bacon was nicely spread out on the sandwich and the order was ready as soon as I arrived. Just moved, so this is our new Subway location and I’m really happy about it! 🙂

I came in and it was pretty busy the pink haired girl I think she said her name was Rebecca but she was wonderful! Her customer service and sandwich making was the best I’ve seen at Subway in a long time. Like I told her she’s manager material !!!!

I went to this subway today at 10am It was 2 customers in front of me I waited patiently for my turn to order when it was my turn I was about to tell the employee Zach the type of bread I wanted he told me to wait he went to the back and informed me to go to a different subway it’ll be about 10 minutes so I left and came back. I came back and told the employee what I wanted he pulls out a horribly baked loaf of bread and waived it at me to show me it low quality, then cutting the loaf horribly. Then after that he just started staring at me while I told what toppings I wanted. Then refused to do anything after that. So I just left because he refused to serve me. I came back to talk to a manager and then said the restaurant is closed at 3pm the same day!

I will never ever go to this Subway location again. First off we get there and they are completely out of bread and tell us to come back in 15 minutes. Then when we got back there the person who was making the sandwiches was incredibly slow. He was making a sandwich for a delivery driver so we waited patiently for him to finish, then as he was about done with the delivery person another delivery driver came in and he proceeded to ignore us and help the other delivery driver who just arrived. It was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had. Totally pathetic

We retried this Subway location again after new mgmt took over.
Two separate pickup orders were badly botched.
The first order botched order was a footling with only pepperoni on it. The artist was “distracted” and forgot the other meats. Had to drive all the way back.
Second botch a week later was a 6” meatball sub in the bag when the order receipt clearly showed a 12” was paid for. Artist offered a refund in full over the phone and then STIFFED US and kept our $$..
AVOID this location. New management is as bad as the old management.
Don’t be fooled by the fake “Local Guide” 5 reviews. Garbage.

This location is permanently closed — it has suffered from poor management/leadership last couple of years and finally the franchise owner threw in the towel. Go to Jersey Mike’s instead — employees show up to work, the food is amazing and it’s always open unlike this place. Good riddance Subway on 42 in Burnsville.

This Subway is terrible. The bread was not fresh. The spinach tasted rotten. The ice machine was broke , which the employees didn’t tell me until after I purchased a soft drink. The cookies were not cooked through. The store looked dirty. Dirty tables. No napkins. No employees in sight to ask or complain to. Will not be back.

Went in today and the store looked clean as all could be. There was a shorter girl with colored hair and she was extremely nice. She said that the store was under new management and that there will be changes! I look forward to coming here again and I reccomend others to go as well.

I never EVER write reviews for anything no matter how good or bad.. but this Subway was the most disgusting unpleasant Subway I’ve ever been to. I used to work at Subway, this was so disappointing. The two girls working there didn’t address customers, were extremely slow, and very sloppy with making sandwiches. Had no care whatsoever, it looked like they hated their job. Also definitely were intoxicated with something. It took me 20 minutes to get my sandwich and there was one other guy infront of me. When one of the girls was putting veggies on my sandwich, she grabbed cucumbers and they had actual slime on them, she clearly saw it and still put them on and when she went to grab the pickles she LAID on my entire sandwich to grab them. I don’t even know why I paid for it, I felt bad I guess but I’m definitely throwing it away and having to go somewhere else now. So so disappointed. Never going back to that location again. I almost wanted to tell everyone else walking in to just turn around. *there were also fruit flies everywhere
