I come here quite frequently and the ladies who work mornings are always helpful and they make the subway experience worth waiting in line. I have come in the evening and I can’t say the same for the night crew half the time they are sitting in lobby while one person is doing all the work or they are simply rude. They hardly wear hats and I’ve switched to going just in the mornings I asked about the sub club and the protein pockets and the guys couldn’t tell me anything . But I asked the ladies that are always there and they gave me a rundown on it in a polite manner. Shout out to the assistant and the two ladies that are always with her you guys make me believe that good workers exist

I order for delivery’s from this location frequently through the subway app when I am at work and they are top notch Door dash drivers have been forgetting my drinks recently, and only one veer went back to get my drinks while the others said tough luck. The folks at Subway helped me get the Orange juice from my last order with my order today and i am super grateful for that

DoorDash didn’t actually allow us to order from the app so we had to go to the Subway app to order. We got our sad order of just the meats and barely any of the toppings or sauce on both sandwiches. The tuna club we got had barely anything on one half of the sandwich. All they offered us was some coupons for the mistake. Would rather just leave this review and pick up from a location that will I know will do it right. The location in Ramsey is way better never had issues but unfortunately I don’t pick the restaurant on the app. Again will be picking up from Ramsey from here on.

Was at this location yesterday around 3pm and the ladies that were working were super nice even though the lady in front of me was really rude. She asked for a 6in the lady pulls one out, the lady in front of me rudely states that she doesn’t want a kid sandwich and would like to see the difference so the employee pulls out three different sizes and as someone who has worked at a subway in the past I could see the difference anyway the worker then politely explains the difference between the sandwiches then proceeds to follow the customers request cuts a new 6inch then gets told she rather have a footlong so the worker makes the food and was polite the entire time I love this location.

Every single time I go to this subway location something is wrong with my sandwich. The last time my bread was completely falling apart and they were gonna give it to me that way!! I had to say something to get it fixed and then this time. They tried giving me almost the size of a kids meal sandwich when I asked for a 6 inch. When I spoke up about it she grabbed a pre cut kids sandwich to try and show me it was more than that. Mind you I go to subway damn near everyday and get a 6 inch from all kinds of locations and only this one I’ve had this many issues with. She was rude and refused to cut me a new 6 inch so I ended up having to buy a footlong. After seeing the footlong you could easily tell that other sandwich was in fact not half of a footlong. They always half ass the sandwiches even though there wasn’t anyone behind me. I am not gonna be paying $10 for a 6 inch that isn’t even the right size and is made poorly. Last time I ever go to elk river subway on Zane st I wouldn’t recommend it and if you do make sure you know how to speak up for urself because they don’t care enough to just make it correctly.

I was at this location on 9/5 around 7:30/8. The guy with the dark hair and tattoos was super friendly and thorough, which I appreciate. I’d rather be asked what I want (even more than once) to make sure that I end up with the sandwich that I want.
With that said, a woman and her child came in while we were eating and did not appreciate that at all. The guy was nothing but nice to her and she was just plain rude.
The girl working that had braids was super helpful as well.
I just wanted to leave a good review to offset when they had to deal Little Miss Crabby pants and her spawn.

Went the Wed before Thanksgiving and they were busy. Went very fast, workers really friendly., especially the cashier. I love that they finally have regular mustard. Same great taste I love. My husband give his Steak and Cheese a “9” out of 10. For all the fast food closings for lack of workers, so happy this Subway has succeeded!

I went to this location for lunch and they were busy but the three ladies that were handling the rush did an amazing job they were fast and efficient one was making the sandwiches the second one was finishing them up and the third one was ringing and I’ve seen a rush go so smooth. They definitely had great communication and teamwork 10/10 would recommend

They have everything turned off in the app so you cant order online. Everything at this location says product is unavailable. Just another Elk River business that doesn’t want to work and make money.
Update: ordered online for a couple hours ahead. Order was confirmed. Showed up a couple hours later to pickup and there was no order. They turned off mobile ordering and cancelled my order. If this place could get zero stars, I’d give it.

My meatballs were colder than room temperature and my buddies sandwich got completely ruined because they put so much salt on it. It wasn’t edible due to so much salt. When I went to get lemonade, it wasn’t working after paying for a large drink. The workers seemed very unhappy. All of this just created a much less than ideal experience at this location. Hopefully someone sees this and they can be better for people in the future. I won’t be coming back again.
