Ordered online, when we entered the manager just put up our food on pick up rack. It was missing a sandwich and waited as the staff was busy. The young man helped us and had to wait for the Manger to advise him what to do as the order with our make ticket was not even ours. The younger man started our order over. The manager had some words “you need to wait if people are standing here until these orders are complete.” I’m sorry but pretty sure you Mr. MANAGER were the one who put them on the stand. So, kuddos to the young man who did his job with his head down and made sure our food was right. If I had the cash you would’ve received the extra tip. Keep your Managers in check Subway. Speaking to your team in front of guests is not polite or professional when their trying to fix what you should have.

Most disgusting subway I’ve ever gone too. The customer service was awful, the ice machine was down and when i dispensed soda from the pop machine, my cup was full with specs of black mold from dirty pop nozzles. When I told the worker what happened, he just answered with “thats not my problem, i can’t help you.” Honestly don’t even know how the guy got the job from how idiotic he was.

Just went here and there is a swarm of insects around their beverage machine. The staff said “there’s nothing we can do about that.” I don’t know, maybe you could CLEAN THE MACHINE? So customers don’t get bitten by flies when trying to get a Pepsi? Absolutely disgusting. Will not return.

Literally never written a Google Review in my life but I just had to today. Ate here once a year ago and got hair in my sandwich. Today I went back, ordered a BLT and received two slivers of bacon on a foot long sandwich. Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever experienced 1 star.

Heather Wirth did not mail coupons for the incorrect sandwiches she made.
So do not bother wasting your time with any type of refund
I was contacted
Had to send pics and at first the person who made them responded by saying the sandwiches were correct
Then, I had to explain and then only offered a coupon for one free sub…thank you but two were so very wrong ♀️
E.g. ~~ A Baja steak is not turkey ♀️

2 of 3 sandwiches wrong
Garbage
We shared the third which I could not finish because it was for my son and it had chipotle sauce which was correct but I could not eat…more garbage
So, we are both hungry now and the 3rd sandwichwich for son at work which he can not eat

The food used to at least be restocked or changed. My boyfriend ordered from here and the ham had mold on it. Just order from anywhere else

Edit : Went back hoping they fixed the soda machine w/ice. They now give u a cup of ice for the soda. The soda is WARM & FLAT. Absolutely awful. Won’t be going back with this management. No one cares. It used to be good.
Was given DRY & STALE bread & when I went to the fountain drink area, no ice. I asked the employee if they could give me ice & they said they are out of ice?! If u are then why did you hand me a cup when I ordered a fountain drink & not tell me there was no ice?! At least put a sign on the machine! And drink cooler was almost empty of bottled drinks. Employees did not care about it at all. Does the owner know about this poor service?

One of the most cleanest and modern Subways in the metro. Staff here are super friendly and provide great customer service. Food here is fresh.

Ordered from the app on multiple occasions and every single time something has been missing from the order. It’s almost as if it’s done on purpose as I see other reviewers saying the same thing. Would be more surprised if the order was correct. Not sure why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt this long, but it’s out of hand at this point. Check your order before leaving. Also, the food isn’t even good and seems low quality, but it’s the only option for a quick sandwich in town so just have to choke it down occasionally.
