Nice quiet day in subway, One customer in the store when I arrived, and Karina was efficient and fast and getting that customer out and then was able to start my order along with my coworkers. My coworker visits at least three times a week and Karina is able to remember her order which is great customer service and she was kind and polite and made conversation. Great experience

I had the most incredible dining experience at this Subway tonight! My sandwich was absolutely delicious – perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The employee was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Will have to come back and try their new nachos!

We ordered our food online, $50 dollars worth of food. Then there was an error, they never got it and they kept out $50 dollars. There is no way to find a number to actually call and talk to someone at their franchise corporate about our money and the store told my wife they cannot help. I called the number listed on google and it said it was not in service, which is odd because my wife just called them. Then I called 5 minutes later and their fax machine is picking up the calls. I cannot get ahold of them, and I cannot get my money back. I will never use this subway again.

Went for lunch. The elderly man who works there came out of the bathroom and didnt wash his hands. He also proceeded to use a sandwich knife to open a cardboard box, then used that same knife to cut my sandwich. Someone needs to call the health inspector. Avoid at all costs.

Update: they also close 2 hours early. Service is absolutely terrible. They send coupons to the houses next door and don’t accept them. All Subways are sub-par, this one is the worst in the twin cities area.

I had my son go inside and get us food, very bad idea. The spinach was bad brown and slimy. I guess that’s possible with the mile and half home but doubt it. I get steak and cheese onion and green peppers toasted then spinach and ranch. This is the first time I’ve almost threw up bitting into my food. It is part my fault because my son didn’t know they were making it wrong. My food is add onion and green pepper not add meat to a onion sub. My son didn’t know they didn’t even put cheese on it. I can’t figure out how this location is still in business. Every time I reluctantly go here I regret it.
1. Mixed up sandwiches in the order.. Again.
2. They didn’t chop the salad we ordered.
3. They dont take coupons.
4. They dont have flat bread.
5. Slow.. Slow… Slow service. 2 people in line in front of me. Took 45 minutes to get my food..
The only positive is that employees are polite.
Sorry. But I hope I have Learned my lesson. Shame on me.
